Great product. Good value. Saves money everyday. Customer service for the Ooma is a little trying but worth the grief.

I have used about a month and no problem so far fees are twice as high as Comcast was either Comcast discounted them or Ooma inflates them but overall I give a 4

I have gotten the run around...
I cancelled the service and they have not stopped charging my account for the monthly service fee. Now, I can get them to connect me with the right organization in Ooma, because they are TOO busy. Multiple call attempts, so far...

Product works as advertised except caller ID - any inbound calls from wireless callers do not show the correct caller name. Instead, will show a name of a town and state. Multiple calls to their tech support could not solve the issue beyond adding the caller as a contact. Ooma claims they have no control over the inbound caller ID information they get passed, but we never had this issue with Comcast VOIP service. With all the junk / spam callers, this is a pain in the you know what. I would look at other services if you care about Caller ID.

Bought a MagicJack and it had horrible call quality, it disconnected call all of the time. Incoming calls went to voicemail. Complete junk for me. I installed the Ooma and it was up and running on my network in less than 30 minutes. Crystal clear calls and works with my alarm system
