    Time to cut the cable with Comcast. Ooma makes it easy to end costly phone service from Comcast. Sorry I waited so long to switch.

    Beware the service fees which ooma charges regardless of what you need. Call forwarding extra !

    My main gripe is nothing is as promised. I was supposed to get a 40% discount. Then I was supposed to get a 20% discount I didn't get any discount. The first year was supposed to be covered in the purchaseS price. It wasn't. It took me about a month to get someone to install it for me. The Best Buy refund was only good for 18 days.

    The item is good but the Ooma landline and connection deals are for short time and then they increase the charges.
