Ok, I grew up in New York City and then moved to New Haven, CT; the Mecca of brick oven pizza and home of famous Pepe's APizza (ok; not trying to throw shade on any other region's pizza but...) Now I'm living here in the Bay Area, where its hard to get any pizza like back home. So my wife bought me the Ooni Pro from Best Buy along with the propane attachment and I've got to say that I think that it makes about the easiest and best pizza outside of New Haven. Its super easy to set up, clean to use, and the associated app comes with tons of great recipes for Pizza, Bread and just about anything else that you can bake, roast or broil in the oven. If you want true East Coast pizza, use natural coal for the right kind of flavor and crust bubbling. If you want simple and clean pizza baking, buy the propane attachment. When they become available, I am gonna buy one for the summer home... I would highly recommend this product!
