At times it’s more ideal to not have to go back and forth to prep the pizza outside especially during the summer heat, since we already have the Ooni Karu 12 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven as well. At first, were weren’t sure if this would give the same leoparding (nice light char) on the crust and crisp but soft texture to our higher hydration napoletana pizza dough. But it came out wonderfully!! As you can see from the pics, we were pleasantly surprised to see the crust evenly rise to a level we aren’t able to consistently get on our outdoor pizza oven (even with the gas option). We love the boost mode as well for quick reheating in-between pizza launches. It is quite larger than the Karu 12 which makes sense for all the insulation it needs and it doesn’t burn if you accidentally brush against the outer shell (still is a bit hot that you can’t leave your hands on there too long). Overall, we are really enjoying having the option to cook indoors and even bringing it our friend’s homes, without having to lug a propane tank or all the firewoods pieces. It would be great to see an updated version in the future that allows for a bit more space inside (tight when trying to rotate) and slightly less bulky exterior if possible!

We literally use this oven once a week. Easy and tasty pizza every time!!

Easy to use and cooks much more thoroughly than the alternative fuel options.

Very happy with this purchase. The oven heats up quickly, can be used on my pantry counter, and cooks the pizzas in about 90 seconds. There is a bit of a learning curve with the bottom heat source, and adjusting it so it does not burn the pizza, but overall thrilled with the results.

Had this pizza oven for a few months now, and i must say this thing is awesome. Great pizza every time. Very easy to use. And heats up quickly.

Amazing oven. I also own the breville one but this one is easier to use and replace pizza stone as well.

Works just as well as gas/pellets. Temps get up to ~800F or so. Stone can be removed and cleaned and swapped out if it ever breaks. Highly recommend it.

Nothing like a freshly baked pizza at home. This is an awesome oven, nicely insulated and safe for indoor use. Heats perfectly.

I've always wanted a pizza oven here in the US and I couldn't get one. I'm a professional pizza maker and I make pizza in people's homes. And I'm already on my second ooni 12 inch oven .perfect for professional use I recommend .

If you like to make pizza at home this is awesome. It will take your pizza making to the next level. Even though it goes to 850 the outer shell does not get very warm at all. It is bigger than expected but can be moved for storage. Excellent directions or should I say guidance with cooking at the different temperatures.

This oven is legit. Allows you to control where the heat can be displaced which is next level!!!

Been looking for a reliable pizza oven that can be used in apartments that dont allow propane appliances. This is perfect! You do need a good amount of space for it. It works great and makes delicious pizzas!

Great Pizza Oven for home users. Takes up alot of space if using on the counter indoors.
