    I like that it captures and reports metrics but there is something odd with how it is scoring completeness of tooth brushing and I've never see it come in in 2 minutes or less even when I know I've covered every tooth. I think it's over using a timer based best guess system and cannot really tell which tooth you are brushing and when -- faking out users. The "smart" functionality is missing from how it's evaluating brushing.

    Worked for a month then the battery died. I have to charge every day. I contacted Oral B about the problem and they had me jump through a bunch of hoops as with sending pics of the serial number. I provided everything and they left me high and dry. This toothbrush was very expensive and Oral-B doesn’t care about its customers. I don’t recommend unless you want to overpay for a short term cleaning experience.
