Great toothbrush. Makes my teeth feel as if I just left the Dentist.

I own the Philips Sonicare Diamondclean, so my bar was set very high to begin with. I thought that the addition of sonic pulses to the oscillating action of the Oral-B would be the total package. I can't really comment on how good this thing cleans teeth, as I wasn't able to give it time to compare. The brush head it much larger than the Philips brush heads, thus hindering my ability to reach my back teeth. I liked everything else about this brush, but if I can't reach all of my teeth, then it's dead on arrival. If you have a big mouth, this brush may be for you. If not, I'd stick with Philips Sonicare.

So disappointed - I read all the positive reviews on this toothbrush and was so excited to give it a try. I had to stop using it after just 2 weeks. The brush head was way too big for my mouth and actually gave me sores in my mouth and because of the large brush head it is very messy toothpaste and saliva get all over. I looked to see if they have a smaller brush head, but they do not.

This new Oral B-IO, sounds, functions and feels like a sonicare. I don’t keep my lips shut when I brush my teeth but I don’t hang with my mouth open either, and yet this electric toothbrush continues to spray toothpaste particles all over the place. I have the Oral-B Pro-8000, while it is significantly louder than the IO, it has two things I prefer. One is the I/O does not have a rubberized backing for extra grip. The IO is completely smooth and frankly quite slippery. The second, is the toothbrush head does not rotate as much as the other Oral-B electric toothbrushes. The IO very much feels like a sonic toothbrush. I will be returning this unit and sticking with my pro 8000.

It's a great unit and it works well, but the app isn't very useful and therefore most of the features aren't used. I returned it and got a basic Oral B 1000.

Such an expensive toothbrush and the battery just died on me. Kept it well maintained, and took care of it. Very disappointed, this is the second Oral B toothbrush I own that has battery issues. Will try another brand on the next one.

Paid a lot of money for this toothbrush and it has lasted one month. before dying. Fully charged it runs for a few seconds and then shuts off and is non responsive. Put it back on the charger and it shows fully charged but won't run. Would give zero stars if I could. What a disappointing piece of junk. I expected so much more from Oral-B. My last toothtbrush from them lasted years.

Worked great for a year, but after the first year fully charged batterie and it runs for like 30 seconds and stops saying its out of battery. So for some reason the battery will not hold the charge anymore. Do batteries only last 1 year on these things? would not recommend
