Pros:
-Work from home, and this chair seems as it will get the job done..
-It was easy to assemble, took about 15 to 20 minutes.
-Seat is comfortable for short term use
Cons:
-It does not recline, so not sure how this will be for long term use, esp for those with back problems.
-Although the seat is wide, its somewhat short in the front, so your legs may fall asleep unless you have a foot stand underneath your desk.
