I like the crumb tray, but since it is small, needs cleaning almost every time it is used. Overall, we are pleased since my other toaster was "dying".

Has all the same features as cheaper toasters with the exception of a self winding power cord. (Which is why we purchased it.) If I could have found a toaster with this feature at a lower price, O would have purchased it and not this one.

I began to use it and it now has replaced my primary toaster which was a four slice toaster because the slots are much larger and the dials and controls are easier. All in all it is a great value.
