    The mixer is powerful and it beats quietly. It has 6 speeds. I have never owned an Oster brand but my mom had an Oster blender and it lasted for years. I don't care for the chrome finish because it shows fingerprints easily. I only used it to beat egg whites so I didn't hold it for long but it is sturdy and lightweight. The bonus stainless steel bowl with lid is nice. I made waffle batter and I covered the extra batter and put in the refrigerator.

    This mixer is easy to use and clean. I love that it's stainless and black. Very modern looking and so much more fun than white. It came in a bowl w/lid that it stores in.

    This is actually the 1st mixer I have owned!!! It has been a great addition to our kitchen. It works great! It looks great! The bowl that comes with it is large, metal, and has a lid. We have made many cakes since this purchase!

    I would not buy this product again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone. Maybe I just had a bad one but it seemed to run at a very high speed the first time I used it and the second time it would not turn off. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. I returned it immediately.
