Surprised it can do meat.

My wife wanted to get one to send to her mom in Vietnam and wanted it to also do meat. It does but you have to prepare the meat into small pieces first. So off to Vietnam it went. Now my wife wants to get one for herself.

Works great - but takes up a lot of space

I expected all the various components to fit within the storage component on the unit. Not so, just the spare blade. It is also too tall to fit under my overhead kitchen cupboards. So I have to keep the lid, shute, and other components in a cupboard, and just leave the base on the counter.

Currently, it's just taking counter space...for decoration?
