Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took me several months to open the product and when I opened to use it there were missing parts especiallythe knob on top of the glass cover. I called customer service and no help was given. Told me to talk to the manager where I bought the grill but never had the chance due to health issues and sudden move to another state.
