The DuraCeramic skillet isn't quite as non-stick or durable as the name would imply. Simple things like cooking bacon or burgers require a bit of scrubbing to get it clean. The surface has already begun to degrade and we have only used plastic utensils with it. The heating element seems to be burning through the ceramic and we have never used it higher them 350 deg. We bought the Ceramic because we love it in our regular pots and pans but this skillet doesn't perform nearly as well as they do (or the previous Teflon version we had).

This is a great pan. We have a very small place and don't have a stove. We have used this pan a lot in the last few weeks and have cooked all kinds of food from cabbage to stakes and it does a great job. It is also very easy to clean. We have not had any think stick to it yet. Price was not bad even we did find one cheaper this week at Walmart but I don't have a problem with what I did pay for it. If you are looking for an electric pan you should give this one a lot of thought.

My GF and I got this skillet for our small kitchen. It's perfect! She likes that it gets hot super quick for instant cooking and it can keep meals nice and warm at lower temps. Also great, because it keeps her and our kitchen cooler by not having to use the old electric range. The DuraCeramic coating helps cook foods with less oil needed, for healthier meals. This has been the best go to kitchen aid and will be for a long time. Awesome product!

This coating, ceramic, is non-stick. Well, really, it doesn't stick too much. You might have seen some slick tv ads that show food just sliding off a ceramic coated skillet. Well, my experience with this shows that there is a little bit of stick with this coating. It's still way better than a regular un-coated skillet, though. It's tougher than teflon, and cleans very easy. This is my second one. After about two years, the coating seems to lose its effectiveness. Maybe it got too hot too often, I don't know. This skillet heats up faster than most teflon ones. It does have a ring of higher heat, and food tends to cook faster on those parts of the skillet. For the price it sells for, this is a very good skillet. If you want a perfect one, you should spend a lot more money. You can't expect this to be a rolls royce for a chevy price. I would recommend this skillet.

Best Buy seeks this at a really competitive rate & the materials used in this product are top notch. I use it almost every morning to make breakfast & it's very easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it ever, everything just slides right off & on to my plate.

This electric skillet is great. I left It on simmer for over a half hour and nothing stuck. Very easy to clean and super convenient and it leaves you with more room on your stove top or could potentially eliminate stove top entirely.

Bought this to use in my RV, and it has been great addition. I read reviews prior to purchasing and noticed several reviews about food sticking. I have not had this problem. I use to cook breakfast and it worked great.

This is a great skillet, cooks well and cleans so easily, even if you burn or scorch something (operator error). It is well worth the money I paid for it.

Remodeling my kitchen and I didn't want to just eat out or get take out or heat food up in a microwave so I went looking for an electric skillet. This was the only one they had at Best Buy. I love this skillet. It browns food nicely and I can just take a damp cloth to clean it.

Lightweight, non-stick, perfect for my trip. I needed a skillet to take on a trip where we'd be staying in a cabin without a kitchen. This was perfect. Easy to assemble, simple to use. Didn't take up too much space.

This is the single best kitchen appliance (OK, maybe after coffee maker). For those just moving into an apartment, as well as home owners, this is an appliance you don't want to be without. We got one for our son, in his first apartment, and he is thrilled!
