Better options available, overtime the sides get loose and trap dirt, protection is good against scratches and minor cracks but if still recommended a glass one instead. If you drop your phone quite often ; I don’t recommend this one

Don't buy. This is junk which is surprising for an Otterbox product. Bought two of these for two new phones and the application design they have come up with is a nice concept but did not work correctly. Both of them after following the instructions and using the squeegee tool to apply to the screen initially seemed to work until you try to remove the tool and backing which for both still pulled the protector back of the screen causing it to crease and turning this into a stressful mess that initially looked horrible on the screen and then peeled off shortly. These are in the trash now and I am out 80$. Will not buy any screen protectors like this again. I

It absolutely does what it promised. It has fallen, face down, at least 4 times. Because of this Otter box, no breakage, not a scratch. I have lots of beautiful cases. I prefer to protect my phone than have to send it for replacement. Get one today. Best Buy will even install it with a patient smile on their face. Just do it.

Only buy if you willing to get someone else to place. The videos made it look easy but I prefer Zagg hands down but shamefully not in stock. So I got this one , had to go back because the second peel broke when taking it off. After it was place by Bestbuy stuff its on it and looks decent but still some bubbles since its flexible

Bought this 2 times and couldnt figure how to get this on my phone. So i wont be buying again

It covers the screen but still has pockets of bubble even after you hace cleaned your phone.

Works great with phone. Took a couple of times to get it on right. At first, it looked like bubbles under the protector, but somehow they disappeared. Also Best Buy wanted 8 dollars to put it on for me. I asked if there was charge for walking so disappointed from them trying to make more money.

Bought 2 but one had paper stuck towards the bottom. Taking it back for exchange. The plastic surround install part makes it somewhat simpler to install however it still affects the edges slightly. Seems fairly expensive but it's also a brand new phone and accessories are limited.

I'd suggest the customer watches installation video on Otterbox website. Giving it only 4 stars because it comes with just one screen protector. Many brands provide more than one. It does work with the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner so that's definitely a huge positive.

I bought this on 4/15/2021 the OtterBox - Alpha Flex Series Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G - Clear and had AT&T put it on and the it doesn't work as it says it would. the thing has bubbles and now its peeling at the bottom and the left top corner. This was a mistake and I paid 39.99 plus tax making it like somewhere near 43.30. It say that it ease to install then why would it have bubbles and peeling now. It's been like almost now 3 weeks since it was put on the phone. I'm going to send a review to otter box too. I'd like to get a refund but I'm not sure if I can get one.

Otter Box overall has good products; I can't complain. Easy to install, with no issues. After a week of use, the Screen proctor is still doing its job (dropped phone over 12 times). In six months, I will repost feedback.

BestBuy installed it so that was easy. Needed to reset fingerprint for read, but everything works fine and looks good. Fits perfect with otter defender pro and gives extra protection.

Out of all the screen protectors this one is the easiest to install and best protection.. it not overly expensiv and I will use these going forward on my devices

This is one of the best screen protector for this phone. Its easy to put on and can hald alot of abuse.

DO NOT buy! Complete junk. Screen protector would not even separate from it’s backing for application. It was a complete and utter failure.

The setup for this should be really simple, but even doing all the steps right, you end up with a ridiculous amount of bubbling under the screen that doesn't resolve, and the fingerprint sensor doesn't work correctly, even after you redo it. The amount of money charged for this is ridiculous, considering the low-quality garbage results.

Had the guys install this as I have never used a screen protector before. Seemed to go on pretty easy and lined up well with my otterbox case.

I like that it comes with a phone holder to help install the screen but no matter what i didnt I couldnt get all of the bubble out and its flimsy. Id rather have the tempered glass for the high cost of this

Overall, i dont really like these new style screen protectors as much as i like the tempered glass ones, they all make the phone feel kind of cheap and so far the longest ive gone without needing a replacement has been two weeks.. the fit on my device doesnt feel right either, the protectors bottom edge is literally right below where the home bar is for gesture controls and my finger always gets caught on the edge trying to use samsung pay. At least best buy replaces them for free or else i would end up spending as much as i did on my phone replacing protectors over the course of my devices life
