Even after reading the instructions, watching the instruction video and using all the provided tools, this did not install properly, it looks like the fit is just slightly off causing immediate bubbling and peeling at the sides. Didn't last on my phone for 5 minutes before it started coming up and forget about using it with a case. I'm super disappointed in Otterbox, instead of being able to buy a case with a screen protector included (as they used to come) I had to pay an extra $40 for a screen protector that immediately had to come off and go in the trash. Such a waste.

Awful product

I put this on my BRAND NEW phone, new out the box - with the plastic on. Took the plastic off, followed every step and this did nothing except leave bubbles, it made the screen look cracked and dirty. Took it off immediately and returning tomorrow.

Full transparency, the piece will be intentionally undercut from the size of the device display just a bit in order to ensure compatibility with our various cases. The directions it gives you doesn't fully explain anything. Luckily I'm not an idiot an figured it out. If it wasn't for that i would have given 5 stars.

Faulty protector

Even using the applicatot didnt help getting the screen to apply to the phone. Was waste of time and money, so i returned it.

The tab used to remove the protective backing ripped off without removing the film. I had to use my fingers to separate the backing from the screen protector, causing dust to collect on the edges. I followed the instructions perfectly and even made sure there was absolutely no dust on the screen. But still, there are so many unavoidable air bubbles. Would not buy again.

I went by the instructions but due to the size difference i ended up getting air bubbles under the new screen. It was a waste of money.

I don't know if I can get a refund or not but it's a totally worthless piece of Junk. The instructions are non-readable, there's a little piece of tape on the screen that when you pull off leaves tape junk. Anyway, if I can't get a refund, then I guess I'm out 40 bucks. Best Buy shouldn't even be selling this.

Worst Protector (and Best Buy service)

Despite having installed protectors before and following all of the instructions, the film did not even begin to stick to the screen. I had asked Best Buy Geek Squad to install it originally but they were "too busy". I went back the next day and was going to buy another one out of my own pocket if they could install it. I was told that no one there knew how to do it. I walked out and bought a different brand at a different store. They installed it and it works fine.

Great install, questionable durability

Perfect adhesion to the screen and fingerprint reader works well with it, but improvement needs to be made to durability.
