You spend so much money in purchasing a new phone it’s honestly an investment… So why not purchase a glass screen protector to protect your investment? OtterBox is a well established company in “protecting your electronic investments”. They offer different products that are suited to protect your expensive electronics such as cell phones, tablets and many other things. Today I will quickly talk about the Amplify Glass Blue Light Guard with Antimicrobial Technology by OtterBox. My initial impressions is that I definitely like the fact OtterBox makes the installation very simple. To be fair a lot of glass screen protector companies do include an alignment installation kit so that it makes it more simple for the user to install their own screen protector. Who remembers those days where you have to pay someone to install it for you? Or how about having to sit there to try and align the screen protector to make sure you applied it correctly? I know I can answer YES for both; so it’s definitely a plus to have an installation kit to do it yourself and to do it correctly. Otterbox included an installation/alignment kit that I’ve never experienced before; installation was a breeze! When it comes down to the build quality of the screen protector by OtterBox I must say I am definitely impressed. I didn’t necessarily try to damage it but as far as the clarity of it goes along with the appearance around the build quality it appears to definitely be made to withstand some drops and scratches as what OtterBox states for the Amplify Glass Blue Light Guard with Antimicrobial Technology screen protector. From what I noticed as long as you aren’t under the sun you won’t really notice the Blue Light Guard feature of the screen protector. When you step into sunlight you can definitely notice the Blue Light Guard as the screen protector gives off a “blue hue” which isn’t a deal breaker for me but definitely not my favorite part about the screen protector. In conclusion OtterBox has done a good job with their Amplify Glass Blue Light Guard with Antimicrobial Technology screen protector. As mentioned OtterBox is a reputable company and they back you up with a limited lifetime warranty. Before buying the screen protector know that it’s built with the Blue Light Guard so there’s gonna be something in the material of the screen protector to protect your eyes so it’s inevitable that there may be a “blue hue”. After years of suffering through a cracked screen on an obsolete phone, I decided to upgrade to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Having been subjected to a cracked screen, screen protection is a must. Both Otter and Corning are companies I've used and have a lot of trust in, so it's their screen product I turned to for protection. It’s actually a pretty clever system and my installation went smoother and quicker than I expected. The screen cover came with instructions, a frame to hold things in place during installation, and a packet of tools to clean, prep, and install the screen cover. There is a good instruction sheet and a squeegee to force out the air bubbles. Once installed, the screen remained very responsive to my touch and the pictures on the screen remained clear and bright. For all intents and purposes this product is a win and I expect to be happy with it. However, there are a few things that bug me a bit. The first is that the protective screen is just a bit smaller than the iPhone and it doesn’t go all the way to the edge of the phone. Aesthetically, this is annoying, and I’m not convinced that it doesn’t have any effect on the functioning of the phone (however marginal). This issue is compounded by the fact that, despite checking, double checking, and triple checking that I was accurate in the screen placement, it seems to be off by a millimeter, which is going to bug me as much as any crack in the screen. A lesser issue is the fact that there seem to be four tiny bubbles left between the screen and the screen protector that refuse to move no matter how much I squeegee them. All in all, I think that I’ll be happy. I think that it’s worth the lesser aesthetics to have some screen protection. I just need to get used to it. I’d recommend this to most friends, but not the ones obsessed with aesthetics.

I bought this to try the blue light protection and the image on the box made it look like it covered the full screen instead of having the cutout for the notch. It is nice but nothing about this should make it worth $60. Other than the high price and slightly changing the colors one my screen I have had no issues out of it. I saw no smudges or scratches uses it. The applicator cage was a little odd but worked perfectly. I kept it on my device for a month before switching it out. I bought two from Spigen (use Amazon, not their site) for $14.95. And two from Dbrand that actually covers the whole display for $19.95. Both have great quality and give me no reason to pay another $40 for something designed to break.

Like the application device, love the protection it provides. It also feels like a screen still, unlike my old life proof case. Definitely pricey but cheaper than a new phone

Definitely scratch proof, don't get the annoying scratches from throwing my phone in my purse or having my keys brush by it. There is a blue tint when outdoors thats supposed to help you see the screen which is kinda cool. It doesnt alter the colors of the screen otherwise. Loved the screen! Was it worth this hefty price- eh I guess? You're pretty much paying for the brand name

Overall, this is a great quality screen protector and truly feels like a thick sheet of glass that protects the phone well. The blue glare that others mentioned is really not a problem and adds a cool appearance in my opinion. I would say the only downside is the price since we only receive one glass protector and that means you only get one chance to apply it onto your phone without messing up. Otherwise, OtterBox definitely makes the best quality product.

It does the job of protecting the screen of my precious iPhone 12 Pro Max. Just hate there is a blue tint to the screen, so when the phone is off there’s a hideous obviously blue screen protector to look at. Good news is they package comes with a application device that allows precise placement, that was a bonus. The Bad, I think this protector is over priced in comparison to those like Zagg.

Easy to install. Good phone screen protection so far. No problems. A bit pricey, but probably cheaper than a damaged phone.

Otterbox has to have the best brand of screen protector I’ve used... Ever! With such a steep price it’s all worth it. I actually tested to see if it help with reducing the effects of blue light and it does so wonderfully . Fit is perfect to my 12 pro max and doesn’t leave those horrible finger print smudges .

Really easy to apply. Often I’ve paid to have others put these on at kiosks and such but I figured I’d save a couple bucks and try myself. I actually ended up deferring to my 13 yr old and she made it pretty perfect. Is a little on the expensive side but for me the applicator makes it worth it.

I love the kit that came with it to allow for precise install. I’m a perfectionist and that made it so it was easy to apply the protector without being out of alignment or having bubbles. It’s also comforting to know I have blue light protection. Very satisfied with product

Takes 5-10 minutes to put on, and if done correctly you will have a spotless screen for as long as you keep it. A little pricey for a screen protector, but that shiny new phone you just bought deserves to have the protection from a company you can trust.

I absolutely love this screen protector. I’ve dropped this phone a few times already and it’s not cracked or broken like other past screen protectors. It’s more on the expensive side but worth it. Didn’t know if I liked the blue hue at first but it’s ok.

The otterbox screen protector is a good screen protector but the price was too expensive. However it was still a pretty good screen protector. So if your able to spend that much money I definitely would recommend it.

Great screen protector with blue light filter. Glass fills up the whole screen. Comes with complete installation kit to do it. If you don’t have experience in doing, I recommend watching a YouTube video for instructions. Easy to do.

Just bought this screen protector. But I had to write about it. I can’t believe how incredibly easy it was to put on this protector. Normally you would have somebody put it on for you but this was incredible. I actually enjoy doing it. There’s a harness device you put your phone in and then put the screen over harness it’s lined up perfectly 100% of the time great purchase

The cover was easy to install and appears to afford great protection but the item is expensive compared to other screen protectors. I bought this because I trust the OtterBox name.
