Keeping my iPhone X safe easy to Cary Good Protection for expensive phone

This is my second Otterbox case. The only reason it's my second is that I got a new phone and the old case wouldn't fit. I'm very pleased with the protection Otterbox cases provide. The phone was dropped a number of times and may even have been run over but the phone and the case came through fine.

Case looks great and feels very sturdy. Definitely protects the phone.

I bought this case having in mind that my 4 year old drops my phone all the time. This is the cheaper preventative alternative than going to get the screen fixed. It is also not as bulky like the older versions of otter box cases.

I have now had this case for 4 months. I like the size and how well it protects my phone from drops. I have dropped it a few times onto concrete/black top surfaces, getting out of my car, and it has taken the hit like a champ!

I have purchased the Otterbox commuter series for the last three iPhone models. It provides a slimmer version with similar protection to the Otterbox defender series without the built-in screen protection and clip holster attachment. The XS version does make the phone slightly bulkier than previous versions but provides good support to the phone. The case has a rubber innercase that absorbs shock and a hard outer caging to provide support for falls. The front edges around face of phone are raised to help prevent corner impact to front glass. It will not prevent possible shattering due to direct impact to front glass. I previously had some issues with built-in screen protection due to not having direct contact with screen.

Always grab one for my new phone for protection. Can’t go wrong.

Best of protection for those who do not want the full bulk of the Defender line of OtterBox cases. Does not have the same interference needing to find a "sweet spot" of the Defender case in order to maintain charging.
