A good-looking case which provides protection to the back, sides, and corners of an iPhone 5/5s. It also includes a transparent screen protector, which goes on very easily (no liquid mess)--just get every mote of dust off the glass first! The front edges are raised all around to add more protection to the glass, but may interfere a bit with swipes and ID touches. The one thing I don't like is the rubber tab covering the Lightning port. No doubt it might keep out some moisture, but it's hard to keep out of the way when fishing to insert the charger cable.

Love this cover. Is perfect for my teenager, for all those falls. I have been using the same product for the last6 years.

I am a prior owner of a Defender case which was bulky. I like the Commuter because it is thinner. The color is accurate and very fashionable. The downside to this case is that it is very smooth which could fall out of your hand easily if you don't have a good grasp. I haven't dropped my phone so I don't know what kind of protection it provides. Overall, I am satisfied with this case.

This otter box is a quick and easy snap on case. It is easy to install and provides superior protection for a smaller case.

Bought it for my wife because she broke the screen on he phone for the second time. This has stopped everything. Great Case!

Purchased the Otterbox Commuter for my iPhone 5. Overall it is a good case with good protection and a great feel. If my phone were to drop, I feel that the case would do a good job of protecting it. The value for the Otterbox cases is ridiculous. I believe that they are all overpriced. I only purchased this because I received an Amazon price match bringing the cost to $16.99. If it weren't for the price match I would not have purchased it. All of our Otterboxes have either been purchased through Amazon price match or other vendors due to their ridiculous high price.

This case is great for protecting my iPhone , I've dropped it several times and has protected well, I like the slim design.

the case is light and not bulky, it doesn't interfere with any phone functions and is durable enough to protect the phone when dropped.

My iPhone is well protected in this Commuter Case. I tried the Defender but it was too bulky and I feel as confident that my current case is adequate protection. It's light weight and the phone with the case on is comfortable to use. I like that the screen protector comes with the case so I know it's the correct fit.

This is a great case for my iPhone 5s. It is well built, sturdy, and protects my phone well. I also got a glass screen protector to keep the screen from getting scratched. I got it on sale for a very good price. It's a very nice looking case. It has a classy look. I am very happy with this case.

I bought this case because I wanted a no-frills phone case that would protect my phone, not add too much bulk and not look ridiculous. This case fits the bill on all three counts. It's very easy to install your phone (yes even for non-techy types!) and seems to protect the phone extremely well. Yes, it does add a bit of bulk to the very sleek and slim iPhone 5, but that's a small price to pay in order to insure the phone is safe in case of accident. It comes in different colors, but I bought the black, which I found blended in nicely with the color of the phone. This seems to be the ideal case--- not as flimsy as many of the silicone sleeves are, and not as much "overkill" as the Otterbox "Defender" series.

I like this product because it's not real bulky and it completely protects the phone from getting broke.

This Iphone cover works great! Easy to get on or off if needed. Protects the Iphone in almost any situation!

My son had an Otterbox Defender and I HATED it. So, when I needed a more sturdy case (specifically, one that plugged the lightning jack), I looked at alternatives and settled on a non-Otter product. And didn't like it either. I like having my own screen cover, which this allows. I'd probably like it better in a different color, but I can live with that. At least I'm more confident I won't have to replace my phone again because of pocket lint!

I bought this product for my iPhone 5 because the one I had (Otterbox Defender) was a bit too bulky, and the built in screen cover was thick enough to impede use at the edges. Plus once the cover takes a few "hits", it looks pretty awful. I travel for a living, and rely on my phone every day. This case is pretty robust, but doesn't take away from the sleekness of the iPhone, and is much easier to get in and out of your pocket than the larger Defender.
