I'm a big dork who carries an iPhone 5S and a 6, as well. The 5S has an Otterbox Defender. It is the Sherman tank to this the Hummer of protective phone cases. If you carry a grand worth of phones in your pocket, go ahead and do yourself a favor with the purchase of one of these good-looking, sleek and extremely functional (except for docking) units.

Fits great, has saved my phone many times, and looks awesome.

Because I have arthritis in both hands I drop my phone more than the average user. The Otterbox is nearly perfect. The case protection is quite ingenious. It features a softer and somewhat pliable inner sleeve and a harder outer sleeve. The inner sleeve also features tabs that cover the thunderbolt and headphone jacks. The only flaw that I found was in the screen protector. The 3D touch works much better without the screen protector.

Fits perfectly, looks great, not bulky, decent price. Good with me

Protective, easy to handle and clean, durable, lightweight

I love the new Commuter Series for the iPhone 6, it has the perfect amount of protection without being too bulky. Its also great because the material does not stick to my pocket and pull out my pocket when I try to get my phone out of my pocket. This case is a must if you use your phone on the job or if you have kids that use your phone.

I purchased this for my daughter because she wasn't using a case on her new iPhone 6. Luckily she liked it and is still using it today. As with most Otterbox's it protects the phone perfectly. All the holes and ports line up well and it isn't too bulky. I'm happy that she's happy. Yes I'd buy it again today if she misplaced her original.

Love the color, easy to handle and clean, soft, not bulky

Nice looking protection for iPhone 6s. Doesn't make it look bulky and provides very good protection. I've dropped my phone numerous times with no dents or scratches. The drops were nothing higher than my pant pocket or arm chair. I don't want anything bigger for this already big phone. I had a 5s before, so to me this is big.

I love my OtterBox! The dual layer protection ensures my iPhone 6 won't suffer any dings or breakage from accidental falls. It looks great - sleek and solid. All the buttons and ports are protected AND accessible, which is really nice. I recommend the OtterBox Commuter Case to anyone who asks what case to buy for their new iPhone!

I like this case because it is better designed than OtterBox cases in the past. Before the rubber would hang in my pocket and start to break down after a while. Now it all seamlessly fits together and doesn't get caught in the pocket. I have dropped my iphone6 twice and have had no damage. I will buy OtterBox from now on.

Sleek, protective, light, economical; overall great

This case is durable, easy to use and light weight. It offers great protection in a relatively slim design. I have dropped my phone several times without sustaining damage.

The case fits well on the phone and is thinner than some of the others. It seems that it will protect the phone well, although fortunately I have not dropped it yet to test it. In spite of cleaning the glass as well as I could, the plastic screen protector has some bubbles in it that I cannot get out. But it is otherwise clear, works well and does not interfere with the functionality of the touch screen.

I owned an OtterBox for my iPad but this is so much better. You have the option of using the included screen protector or something else which is nice because the one that came with it is bulky. Overall a great cover and protects very well.

I bought this case for my dad. It was his first smart phone so I wanted to make sure it was protected. I wanted to get something durable, and the OtterBox is known to be durable, but i was never a big fan of how big and bulky they look. Then I saw that the Commuter model is slimmer. It was perfect so I got it for him. He's had the case for about a year and a half now and it's still working great. The case came with a screen protector which some people opt not to use. We put it on my dad's phone and over time it's coming up around the edges. I still recommend the case to anyone. I even bought it for my niece when she got her first Iphone.

I have dropped my cell phones multiple times. This was my first smart phone so I wanted to protect it, but with a case that could fit in my front pants pocket. This one was a little bulky, but fits fairly well in my pocket. I didn't realize until later, while at a different non-Best Buy store, that Otterbox makes even a thinner case. Less bulky = less protection, so I'm glad I got the one I did.

I bought an iPhone at the beginning of the year and also bought some off brand box to "protect" it. After a couple of drops, the screen shattered and I had an expensive repair. I bought this otter box, and even though I have dropped it since then, I have had no problems. The otter box protects it well.

Not bulky like the original otter box so it fits most places and I've already dropped my phone a good few times. Unfortunately the screen protector that comes with it tore a little from what I'm guessing was something in my purse, still works though probably not torn all the way through. Invest in a better screen protector if you're worried but the one that came with it is doing ok so far.

The first case I purchased was the lifeproof. It was a good case but the sound quality is too muffled. It's expected for a waterproof case. The otterbox is a slim and zero sound altering case. I had an otterbox for my iPhone 5 and the times it broke, otterbox was quick to replace the damaged pieces.
