I have tried lots of cases throughout the years. This is my favorite one its not too big and slides easily in and out of my pocket. Excellent protection.

The Otterbox Commuter Series is great - not too big and bulky (like the Defender Series).... protects the phone when you drop it and has great sleek colors!

Fits like a glove and not too bulky, I really feel like my phone is protected. The best part of the case is the protection on the ports on bottom

This is the best case I've ever owned. The case fits well and isn't bulky. It is very durable, I dropped my phone many times and have no damage.

This case takes a licking and keeps on ticking! Much more protective than my 3 previous Casemate cases. They were cute but not at all protective. This case is bulkier but fairly slim given the protection it provides. The covers over the charging and aux ports are used regularly and neither show signs of wear. I have dropped my phone with no damage. I also like that it comes with a screen protector. This is the best example of a protective but relatively slim case for an iPhone 6 that I've seen. I love mine and would buy again.

This is a great case for starters. Its slim and doesn't add too much bulk. it protects the charging port (easily accessible), headset (easily accessible) and volume keys. The only port that is open is the silence button. The case is thicker along the edges so if you drop the phone it will give more protection to the screen (from hitting the ground). The screen protector that comes with the case is very descent. It has protected our screens. The plastic is a bit smooth and you can loose your grip if you are holding the shinny part of the plastic. (which is why only 4 stars) Besides this and the silence key not being covered this is worth getting for your phone. one of the best cases you can get.

This is a great case for my iPhone 6s. I feel like its protected but its not bulky in my hand or pocket. Its a cute color that doesn't seem to get dirty easy. It is not water proof though.

Bought this for my wife's iPhone 6s. She likes it. More slippery than her old Defender case but slips better into girl jean pockets.

I like this case because it completely protects my phone, it looks sleek, and it is easy to handle. I can still text comfortably.

Fits the phone well, is stylish, and most importantly the Otterbox provides ultimate protection from accidents. Is not waterproof.

After my iPhone 6 started intermittently not charging, I thought oh no. But a friend mentioned that carrying the phone in your pocket will develop lint in the charging hole. Sure enough, using a wooden toothpick I carefully pulled out enough lint to fill a small belly button. My previous case was nice & slim but did not have a cover over the charging & ear bud opening. I didn't want the larger Otter box or Lifeproof, so I opted for the Otter commuter. Less bulk and good protection.

Bought this for my daughter because it is not too bulky while providing good protection. Reasonably priced as well.

I have owned OtterBox cases in the past. This one is just as good as previous ones. The Commuter is lightweight, protective, and it is not bulky like some of the others.

This case is easy to use, but protects iphone from breakage. It is not too heavy. It fits comfortably in pocket.

OtterBox always makes bulletproof products, so this case does what it is supposed to do - fully protect your phone from 'most' drops, etc. In doing so, its a bit bulky which is part of the trade off. If you are in the OtterBox market, you've probably cracked a screen or two anyhow in coming to this solution, so you're willing to trade aesthetics for functionality. Great product - great protection. OtterBox has the market on protecting fragile devices like these!

I read review that this did not fit properly, so I went to store to see for myself. I used the commuter series on my iPhone 5 and is was great. This DID indeed fit!! (maybe a couple of mm off when placing the hard backing over the inner cover, but not unslightly) I like the covers on the ports and I love the way I can slide this in and out of my pocket. I have dropped my phone several times and the case has done it's job. I only gave 4 stars because of an imperfect lineup on the headphones port and the VERY SLIGHT imperfect fit. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend to my family and friends.

I had the Defender for my last iPhone (iPhone 5). That line of Otter Box cases is bulkier and has a plastic screen cover which distorts the image color. I opted for the Commuter with my iPhone 6 and paired it with the tempered glass shield. The new phone and case combo took a bit to get used to, but I prefer this setup over the Defender. However, I cannot compare or speak regarding the protection as my new phone has not been dropped yet.

Perfect mix of protection and slim, barely takes up any additional space but a very rugged design.

I love this case! It fits well and protects my phone well, but isn't as bulky as some other cases.
