However, the hard shell did crack at the top left corner a little, but I drop my phone constantly. My screen has been in tact since I've been using it!

When I ordered the case off the website and received it and I was in for a surprise. The picture on the website was definitely a navy blue. The one I received was definitely a much lighter blue! Not a fan of the color. Might be for some, but not for me.

The Commuter does have a screen protector that adheres directly to the iPhone 6/6s. It should have been in the packaging with the rest of the case. We’re sorry if that did not come with your OtterBox. You may want to see if Best Buy can help out with that, they are usually pretty good about that kind of stuff.
