Especially when it comes to drops, the rubber surrounding the phone absorbs the shock and the little space between the screen and the edge of the case does an excellent job not cracking the screen. However it is a bit difficult to remove however it is a good thing because you don't want it flinging off when it falls.

I get one for my wife every year or so because she fiddles with it when bored and it starts to break apart. However it takes all the beatings she offers it. She and I do wish it came in more color options though or with pictures of Disney characters/marvel etc

Iphone otter box

What I don't like about it compared to the older, larger version is that this one doesn't have the rubbery casing which helps it not to slide around your car when you're driving. I miss it being able to sit on the arm rest and not move with every start, stop and turn!!

We’re sorry that the Commuter case is a tad too slippery for your comfort level. We definitely weren’t out to cause any risky situations, but rather create a streamlined design with ease-of-use for clothing pockets, etc. We still have the Defender case which does have the silicone slipcover on the outside of the case. Great for phone

I did not need the screen protector as I already had one on my phone. The case fits nice and is not too bulky. I bought for the Apple 6s plus so the phone is already pretty big I did not want anything too bulky.
