I have had Otterbox on the last 3 phones and not one screen has broken. The latest one is just a little slippery compared to past ones but a great protective case. Love the colors!

I've tried many other brands and none of them feel as solid and secure as the otterbox commuter. The only con is the difficulty to remove the phone from the case. Other than that it's an awesome product.

And the page turn buttons are way better than having to slide on the screen! Would def get if you want nothing more than just reading.

The rubber collects all the dust and lint from your pocket and the plastic is extremely hard to get off the phone. OtterBox customer service is terrible, just throwing that out there.

We’re sorry that this Commuter case is difficult to remove for you and that it is accumulating dust and lint. We’re even more apologetic that our customer service fell short with this situation. This is surprising as we pride ourselves in making every effort to help our customers out. If lint/dust is collecting on the case you should be able to clean it off fairly easily with mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case). At least the lint/dust is not making it to your phone, the Commuter is doing its job!
