Its the type of product you purchase then realize what is missing. It will be replaced very soon. It's really a shame as this manufacture has an excellent reputation.

It's handled her numerous drops easily and does the job it's supposed to do. She didn't like the sticky screen cover that came with it though. Other than that, it's worth the extra money.
