I love this lightweight case. It seems very strong. Easy to remove to get to the micro sd card. Only drawback is that you have to remove the case to use the USB C to USB extension to use a USB flash drive to move files.

I had an Otterbox case on my last phone and I unintentionally put it to the test multiple times. With OtterBox protection, that phone survived without a scratch. Since then, I've gotten a new Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Based on prior experience, I was absolutely going to protect my investment with another OtterBox case. Because I use my hands a lot when talking, I've already launched my new phone down a flight of stairs and then dropped it down a rocky ledge while snapping a photo. Should I be buying such an expensive phone when I'm so careless? Probably not! OtterBox has my back though!

Case protection was good ...however the case is extremely slippery so it slides off desk or surface easily. It needs a non skid back on the hard plastic case.

I like the case, it's a little beefier than ones I've typically bought in the past but lightweight in the OtterBox world. It's earned it's way and I'm pleased with it. My phone has taken some tumbles and remains in tact.

I have been using Otterboxes for over eight years and I have never damaged a phone. I am not easy on a phone, I have dropped them over twenty feet with no damage. I give most of the credit to the Otterbox, I have had friends with the same phone but without an Otterbox, they have had cracked glass, damaged cases. The only thing that broke on an eight-year-old phone was the tab that covered the USB port, I blame that on the tiny piece of plastic that connects the port cover to the phone case, not the Otterbox. I would not buy a phone without an Otterbox unless it was a cheap burner type phone.

The otter box cases are the best in the industry. The protect the phone, while keep it functional. The case is solid, a little slippy but still feels safe when being used.

Otter covers really protects your phone. Simple design, easy to put on. Actually have had phone drop and it gives it a bouncy to avoid screen cracks or breaks. Well worth the price.

You can Never go wrong with otter box IMO never a bad experience Fully protects the phone but I still wounder why the discontinued the stock screen protector

You can never go wrong with an otter box case. Sleek case that provides the necessary protection. Not bulky what so ever. Totally worth the cost.

All glass phones need absolute protection against damage from drops. This one performs great without turning the phone into a hulking box.

Got this to offer general protection for my new Note 9. Good construction, while not making the phone too big. Looks nice too.

This case is gives me piece of mind. It fits in my pockets well and doesn't make my phone feel too big when I hold it.

Case fits perfectly and offers maximum protection with a premium feel. Only gripe is it can be a tad slippery.

Durable and trusted, Ive used an otterbox case back when the iphone4 was newly released and with each new phone upgrade. Safe protection from drops as long as you dont drop it on something that will contact the screen. other than that, I've dropped my phone several times with no worries. The day I bought my note 9, it fell out of my pocket while exiting my car. I'm thankful I had this case on and for its durability and the protection it provides!
