OTTERBOX DEFENDER for Apple iPhone 12 Pro. I Dropped my phone with the OTTERBOX like about 100 times it finally broke. Do the replacement come free if broke?

The Otter Box Commuter Series is easy to apply, lightweight, and helps guard the screen, body and camera lenses, of my iphone 12 Pro Max from everyday drops and scrapes. The rubber ridges along the top, bottom and sides, allow me to have a solid grip on my phone and provide uniform protection for the control buttons and charging port. I still plan on adding a screen shield, however, as this is the most vulnerable part of any mobile device, but for general, overall security, I highly recommend this product.

If fit perfectly no issues saved my phone from a couple drops

I’ve used Otterbox cases for all my phones and will continue to use this brand because I feel it provides the necessary protection to keep my phone safe if I drop it. It is not bulky like years past and provides the grip to hold the phone securely. It was also on sale so it made me buying the case that much better.

It’s an Otterbox so I have no doubt that it will protect my phone from the occasional drop. It doesn’t add a lot of thickness to the phone and I can get it in and out of my pocket without any drama. The reason I’m only giving it three stars is because it doesn’t seem to work with my existing wireless charger. My wireless car charger it takes a bit of repositioning to hit the right spot, but I cannot get my phone to charge on my nightstand wireless charger with this case on. With the case off it works fine. I have no doubt that this is entirely the fault of the cheap-ish, no-name wireless charger that I got from Amazon, and don’t expect there to be any problems once I get a MagSafe charger. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re using a cheap 3rd party wireless charging pad.

Excellent protection for any iPhone. Never be disappointed.

Fit & protect perfectly. Otter box makes amazing cases and its a good investment to protect your phone. And the price here is very competitive.

In the past I have always shied away from OtterBox because their cases were always so big and bulky. But the commuter series is a great slim case that is no bigger than the one I had on my old iPhone. I am very impressed how OtterBox has created a slim but sturdy case that is sleek and protects your phone plus allows easy use of all the exterior buttons. I am very pleased with the case. I would definitely buy another commuter series case from OtterBox again the next time I upgrade my phone.

Serving my phone well until I recently dropped it. No damage to my phone. But the case did receive minor damage. Waiting on my “warranty-covered replacement now.

The otter box commuter series for my Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is great. It went on easy. The edges don't crowd the screen. I thought I was going to have an issue with the charging port. The case was partly covering the hole, but that was because I didn't put the case completely on around the bottom. A little push and tuck, and all is good. I feel safer with it on then with it off.

I have had this phone case for 2 years and it is definitely on its last leg. I am not incredibly rough on phone and mine may take the occasional tumble. This case just isn’t built to last. The rubber has become flimsy, the hard plastic has cracks in places that are concerning and it kind of bubbles in the middle. It has protected my phone 100% since day one so I will give it a 3 star.

The OtterBox is great. Fits my iPhone 12 Max like a glove Looks good, too. Gives me a feeling of security in case the phone is dropped. I highly recommend this product. My only criticism is that it is a bit expensive for a plastic cover...

I have always gotten an otter box phone case whenever I get a new phone. I love how well protected my phone feels and it is not bulky at all. I would recommend this case to anyone wanting to have peace of mind there phone won’t break if it falls.

Durable and resistant. Easy to install. I’ve had this case for a while and I’ve seen how protective it is. I’m very clumsy and I’ve dropped my phone at least a dozen times. So far no scratches on my phone.

I've already gotten a ton of compliments on this case. Provides great protection with a lower cost than the other otter box options. Great for the price and I've already recommended this item to a couple friends.

It does what is supposed to do and I love that is not bulky at all, it was easy to put on the phone and easy to take off when I need to clean it, I would definitely recommend this case just wish they had more colors
