Great product so far. Case cleans off easily with disinfectant wipes. Expensive, though.

Case looks nice and fits the iPhone 13 perfectly. Has protected the phone well with many drops and no damage. Only complaint is that it is not MagSafe accessory compatible.

Having recently purchased an iPhone 13 I needed a new case, and I picked up both of the Hard Shell lines (Defender & Commuter) because I wasn't clear on which would be the best for MagSafe. While this one says it's compatible with MagSafe, keep in mind that it doesn't magnetize fully; official MagSafe chargers & accessories will slip off if you pick the phone up, and not cling very strongly. Other than that though it's a great case

Does the job and protects the phone. That's what you paid for.

I am a pretty clumsy person and since my purchase of my phone and case I have dropped my phone numerous times. So far it has protected my phone from any damages. Great purchase if you buy a new phone as it has an overall good protection of your phone and it isnt super bulky.

This is fine. It fits and is comfortable to hold and looks like it will protect the phone. I'm not sure how I feel about the dust guard, which looks like it might not stay attached for all that long but this is an overall solid case.

The MagSafe part of this case isn’t strong, if that’s what you’re looking for. I would look elsewhere. A lot of lint and dust sticks to part of the case which gets annoying. Overall it’s very protective and that’s why i got it.

Great case ! Hard and study just like an otter box should ! Have dropped multiple times at work and no signs of even a single crack or scratch

Easy to install. Hard case provides protection from drops but a rubber case would provide more. Suggest buying a face protection screen as well. It is a $800 phone.

Bulky but bulletproof. Great protection. Like the Lightning port closure. Does add bulk, and impacts sound quality/volume.

Great case. Only 4 starts because although it is technically MagSafe compatible, most magnetic accessories will not stick to the back. It does not have a metal piece in the case. I wish they had a model with this. I would gladly pay for it. I had to sacrifice protection and go with another modem to accommodate my MagSafe accessories.

it's a nice color and protects my phone if dropped

I love the OtterBox brand, and this is another great case. The only issue I have is that as it wears out, it can slip off a corner of the phone in my pocket. But that’s not a huge issue.

So far so good. Haven't dropped the phone yet to test it but it seems to be very durable and protective. It doesn't feel as bulky as some cases and I was able to add a screen protector without any issues.

The case is well made and protects my phone well. The only drawback is the lack of slip resistance on the outside. It has slipped out of my hand and off car consoles a few times with no damage, not a scratch.

This is my first commuter case, it's slim and less bulky compared to the Defender line that I'm used to. Hope it protects my phone when accident happens ...

For the price if you are good with the color go for it. Only thing it needs to be paired with is a screen protector. I use Zagg for all my screen protectors.

Very good case, bottom charging piece cover tore off after a few weeks but the case itself still benefits, very useful for the purpose
