Broken screen

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to love Otterbox cases but the one for iPhone 16 pro max has an area cutout that doesn’t protect the screen and sure enough I dropped my phone and something hit it in that small area that is not protected and broke my screen.

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated up from Drop+ 4x rated on previous versions.

Bad design
