Older Qi pucks seem to work find, but the new Apple one for the 12 series doesn't seem to want to work. Still, for the money, IMO, these are the most durable cases I've ever had. I dropped my iPhone 8(?) from 5 feet onto solid concrete, and the only thing that cracked was the hard plastic shell under the rubber. It gave its life to save my iPhone. I've always gotten them after that. I like the holster too.

We're sorry to hear that you're not loving your Defender Series Pro case! While that case is compatible with Qi charging pads, it is not designed for optimal functionality with MagSafe accessories. Keep in mind, this case will perform best with OtterBox branded wireless chargers. That being said, we have a sizeable lineup of OtterBox cases that we designed specifically to interact with Apple's MagSafe ecosystem and that have been through our full gauntlet of tests to ensure they will still offer the protection OtterBox is known for. Check those out at Best Buy, Apple, or our website!
