    I have literally chucked my phone against the side of a tree and it did not break! The otterbox was destroyed but that was easy to get replaced because of their warranty.

    The ultimate toughest case from Otterbox. I always get nothing but the best for my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and this by far is it! Perfect for construction workers or outdoor activities!

    Everything fine but got charged for upgrade $40 after they stuck me for tax on whole price of phone. So discount was taken away with all add ons. Not very good customer service.

    I cannot say enough about the service I received during my recent purchase of my IPHONE. The two African American staff in the phone kiosk was commendable. They deserve a raise.
