Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always trust Otter Box every since iPhone 3 I just purchased this for an an iPhone 11 and was surprised that it did not, with a face shield the last one I bought was for an iPhone 6 so things have changed I always like to protect the screen so it was disappointing when you have to buy another piece for $30 from otter box I work in construction so the screen morse acceptable to getting scratched or damaged the reason why I like OtterBox I have instances where I have dropped my phone from about 20 feet and no damage that’s why I’ve always purchased Otter Box

My cats hair gets stuck around the inside rim and sometimes it won't come out and would have to take it off to get the cat hair off. It has protected my device from drops and do like the dust protection on where the plug goes. Where I live its very dusty and this has protected my device from dirt and dust really well.

I was expecting a complete enclosed case.

#1 iPhone case for my needs

Literally wore out the first OtterBox Defender from going in/out of pocket. Only one choice to replace it. Also, phone is often in a wood shop with lots of saw dust. This case protects the phone well.
