I haven't had to do anything with it except put it on and now everythings good. simple product for a simple task but very effective. I'm one of those who has phone's cracking and breaking so hopefully this will be my fix!

The larger size caught me a little off guard. Ordered a holster case on-line. Didn't like anything about it. Bought the OtterBox at BestBuy and couldn't be happier. Great protection. Holster adjusts to a comfortable position and the clasp doubles as a stand for ease viewing streaming feeds.

We have not had one break to date over the past 8 plus years. We always get top trade in value for our phones when it comes that time. We just pull them from our defender case and just like that a new shiny phone appears. Thank you Otterbox for such a great product.

My equipment trade in has shown this. I'm often asked did you even use the item. The only option I miss is the previous built in screen protector. I had to choose a second product for this purpose.
