I ran over my $1200 phone with the defender OtterBox and did not even crack the screen. I would recommend this product

Good solid product, though sizable better than paying for monthly insurance or the broke phone!

I drop my phone frequently or my son knocks it out my hand. No cracks or anything like that. Slips on and off for easy cleaning. I couldn’t be more happy with this case. It gets the job done. Also it has held up well after a while of hard use.

I just wish they had more color options for the Defender Pro Series line, though.

I work 8 hours outside with various type emergencies and this is the only case I trust with my iPhone.

It also felt very bulky on my new iPhone 11. I got the commuter version which does include the screen protector & is much less bulky but has protected my iPhone well in several drops indoors and out.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Defender Series case! After extensive testing, our engineers concluded that the best interaction with the more advanced displays on these newer devices could only be achieved without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our design tests have shown this case to be equally as protective as the Defender Series cases that came before it. Additionally, this design is totally compatible with Amplify and Alpha Glass, for premium protection never offered with the Defender Series of the past.
Just to clarify, the Commuter series case does not typically include a screen protector. That being said, we're glad to hear that your case has been protecting your phone so well! The lifeproof for the 11 had air bubbles so I exchanged for the Otterbox It is wonderful I really like the Otterbox!
