I received another one in about a week. They assisted in retrieving photos and file. The Geek squad did an outstanding job from start to finish. For there professionalism, and attention to detail there are not enough stars for there overall rating.

Great for work outdoors

I am glad to say that this case is up to the task of keeping my phone in one piece, as I am certainly not delicate with my phone, dropping it often on the rocks and dirt around me. So far, the case has held up great with no damage to my phone and minute damage to the case itself.
