This offers great protection. My son has dropped his phone several times on some pretty hard surfaces and his phone has been well protected in this case. I only wish it came with the built in screen protectors like our older otter boxes did.

Otter Box is the best insurance policy I could ever choose for my devices. Have never sustained damage to my electronics when Otter Box cases are in use, and I've had some significant drops that would have otherwise DESTROYED my gear.

I like most everything about this case. It's tricky to install-I had to call Best Buy for assistance. Unclear instructions with case. My one issue is that is very difficult to insert into the belt clip. It fights you all the way will only go in facing outward. I feel it is more protected if facing inward. All in all, I would recommend it as it is a very well-made case and it is very easy to hang onto and unlikely to be dropped.

Very durable. Can be dropped from normal distance with no issues or damage to my phone.

I bought this for my elderly mother in law to protect her new phone. She loves the cover because she feels her phone is physically protected and that the material contributes to a better grip for her. Over all I’m pleased she’s so comfortable with the shell.

WISH THERE WAS A BIT MORE OF AN EDGE TO HELP COVER THE EDGES OF THE GLASS SCREEN.

I’ve been purchasing outbox cases for my iPhones for several years now. They always protected my phones. The only thing I wish hadn’t changed is that they eliminated the screen protector. But I purchased a separate one, so it still worked out fine.

Bulky and can’t remove case since store put it on but it has protected my phone immensely from falls and water. It has a nice clip in case you have no back pockets or prefer to clip in front. Once i got used to it, I love it. Peace of mind. Have not broken the screen once during falls. Prior to this case, I had replaced my outer protector screen five times.

This item I purchased recently for my iPhone 11 haves been a good product since I have kids. It protects my phone and brings a belt clip where I will have the chance to put it on my waist and be more comfortable as my day goes by at work.

OtterBox cases work great for me. The case protects the phone without adding to much bulk. Have dropped my phone many times with an otterbox case and never had an issue.

My husband got this case for his iPhone 11. We have used Otterbox Defender cases since we owned iPhone 4. It fits the phone tightly and Looks nice. Offers a lot of protection. Only wish it had a built in screen protector otherwise great!

Was very happy with the product. Have been a OtterBox fan as they are reliable although they can be very pricey. Although it doesn't have the front screen protector like the old defender series does, it still protect the phone well!

Otter Box Defender Series has provided superior protection in the past on previous phones. Therefore, this brand was purchased again for a new phone. The belt clip is secure and keeps the phone safe.

Fits the phone perfectly and securely. No issues with the case. I feel very confident it will protect the phone. Only issue I have is the way it fits in the holster. The rubber texture of the case makes it difficult to put in and out of holster. Hopefully as it wears in it will get easier. My previous Otter Box Defender case was made of smooth rubber and it went in and out the holster much easier.

The only downside of this case, is that it makes your phone bulky and heavier. A fair trade off for the extra protection it provides. Drop your phone? Not to worry. Only improvement would be if it floated.

My son got a new phone and we wanted to make sure it was protected. Otterbox is the best, but the Defender Pro takes it one step further. No matter how many drops, his phone is still in one piece!

You can’t go wrong with an Otterbox! It fits very snug on iPhone 11 and that gives me peace of mind for ultimate protection from accidental drops. No screen protector included but still a great buy.

Otterbox Defend Pro case very good and durable. It makes iPhone heavy but very protective. The only thing I dislike about these cases is it doesn't come with screen protector.

Great case and clip holster. Can sit in the holster facing out or in, can be connected to headphones while in holster. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I went through multiple inexpensive 'leather' belt clip holsters for my iPhone. They were easy to access but the belt clips always ripped off after just a few months of use. I hesitated to spend so much for this OtterBox but it was well worth it. The case completely protected my phone from a couple of accidental drops and the belt clip easily attaches solidly to my belt and will not slip off with vigorous activity. It can be turned to either horizontal orientation for easy access or vertical orientation for comfort sitting in the car seat. After a day of practice it was pretty easy to get it to go back into the clip correctly. Not quite as quick and easy as the 'leather' holsters with their magnetic flap but boy is the belt clip solid and reliable.
