Usual Otterbox, protected phone good. Until the normal failures. The port covers wear our and then become useless. No protection at that point.

This is the best case for the iPhone 11, with maybe Lifeproof equaling it. Its a little bulky but looks good and protects your iPhone 11 or XR very well. I usually use the Otterbox commuter cases, but for this model it offers little protection. For this phone the Defender case offers the best protection.

It protects my daughter’s phone when she drops it.

I like that this OtterBox cases dosen't have a built in screen protector. This allows for a clearer view of the screen. I put a glass screen protector on and the case fits with no problems. It was very easy to install. If you need to remove it, it needs something to pop the sides apart. It looks like it should be pretty good at protecting from drops, dust, or if outside in a light drizzle.

I bought this one for five weeks ago it was good I like it

This is my second Otter Defender only because I got a new phone because it still is protecting my old iphone 6 which I gave to my son! That phone has fallen from a 2nd floor, flown out of car window and nothing harmed! This is the gold standard for protective covers! Although this new model does not have screen cover so I advise you get a tempered glass cover.

OtterBox is the best phone protection case I have had so far...and I've had many phones. I give it 4 stars because I have to buy a screen protector, which costs more than the OtterBox. They should have a combo package option for some of us. The color is a nice option than just plain black, which tends to get lost on couches or in dark rooms. The belt loop carrier also locks outward to double as a phone stand. Nice. This is my second Otterbox Defender. Only because my dog chewed my carrier piece and I need to be hands-free for work.
