Had this case for 2 years+ now and no damage to my phone!

Great case. Great fit does not add alot of bulk to phone. Grip is good as well. Super protective tooo.

Good solid case. It gives the phone a good solid feel with good grip. I had initially bought the Samsung Rugged Case because it's the one I liked with my Note 9 but they had changed it and it felt cheap with a plastic feel to the back so I returned it to the other pave and found this one in the store. It feels solid and gives me some peace of mind with regard to protection for my Note 20.

The best quality on the market for cases. We have and will always buy OtterBox cases. This case is nowhere as thick and bulky as i expected it to be for a defender case. It is very slim and form fitting along with that rugged protection you need for a 1300 dollar phone these days! The only downfall is there is no built in screen protector so one needs to be purchased.

I have used three different protector cases for the Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G, a Otterbox Symmetry, Samsung LED wallet case and Otterbox Defender Pro. These are good cases but Otterbox Defender is best case for the Note Ultra. It has the best protection, grippy and fairly thin.

I purchased this case to protect the Note20 Ultra 5G phone. This case is good overall. It does add thickness and width to the phone. I have large hands and for me that is a good thing. Installing the phone into the case was a non-event. It will take some pushing to get the rubber around the plastic inside tray to go on. That added thickness also helps to protect the camera somewhat. I have a camera lens protector and it is almost flush with the back of the case. I have a screen protector that I installed before attaching the case. The case did not cause the screen protector to crinkle or cause a bubble on the sides. I have not experienced heat issues as of yet with the phone (I am in an area that does not have 5G yet) so the case does not seem to get hot. This may change. Unfortunately, I do not use the belt clip attachment. Other brands of OtterBox products may not have one but I wanted to get this one, All in all, I do recommend this case if you don't mind the extra padding it offers.

Picked this up on sale and it's the best of the OtterBox cases for the Note . I have always gotten the OtterBox with my Note phones and this is a huge improvement over the ones in the pass! Great that the rubber edges are not note loose like my older Otterbox Note 8 case. If you want protection, Otter is the best!

4/5 overall Previous generations of Otterbox came with an integrated screen protector, which was incredibly useful. The number of times I was able to put my phone in my pockets, with my keys, without worrying about scratching the display was reassuring. Now, you must get a separate protector on your own and go through with installation as well. To protect the semi scratch resistant glass on the note 20 ultra. This Otterbox also squeaks on occasion, and I still haven't figured out what it is. Maybe its just mine and how I grip the phone. (Will update if I find out why) Aside from that, Otterbox has been around for quite some time now and is the only case I've used on all my phones. Not once have I dropped my phone with an Otterbox case and it not done its job. I've had the Galaxy note 20 ultra for about 3 weeks now and haven't dropped it yet, but I'm not worried about it, for when I do. As for the bulky camera the phone has, the Otter box is raised just enough where you can set it down on a semi flat surface and not worry about getting scratches. I haven't went to the extent of getting a camera lens protector, but have considered it as the camera glass supposedly breaks the easiest. This case will work with a camera lens protector. Aside from the screenless case and squeaks, this case does its job well and fits my needs. Now, if you have a more physically demanding job I'd go with something else with a screen protector or install one yourself.

I expected the OtterBox to be big and bulky. The new design of the OtterBox looks and feels great on my new Note20 Ultra. Now I know my phone is protected and I don't have to worry about damaging my phone. Thank you for your help Best Buy. I will recommend Best Buy to everyone in the future.

Great case I've always purchased Otterbox Cases for every phone in my house. Durable, great design, and rugged. My wife dropped her phone in a parking lot one time and didn't realize it. We had to go back only to see a car drive over the case and the phone still be intact with no damage.

Fast, fast, and fast! Upgraded from the LG Stylo6 to this monster; needless to say, it not only met my expectations but went beyond them. Fast processor, user friendly interface, great camera and overall size. Cons: bloatware; unable to Uninstaller if you buy with a carrier.

Case protects phone well, and is thick enough to keep the protruding camera on the ultra from getting bumped. Material is pliable enough to be non-slip with holding the phone, but soft enough to absorb the shock of a drop without transferring the force to the phone, which can be a problem with hard cases. nice feature that the belt clip holster clicks open and doubles as a kickstand. phone can snap into the holster with either side facing out. Applied a amFilm tempered glass screen protector with the gel, so the finger print still works. The case does not hinder the effectiveness of the screen protector. cyber sale days otterbox products may go on sale, but it is not to often to find for less than near retail.

I bought the Otter Box case for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Perfect fit. Snug and rough, adding the Otter to my phone raised the screen protection by adding a small lip all around the phone. The buttons are perfectly placed and easy to activate whatever you need to.

Over the years, I have had many OtterBox cases, and the majority have been the Defender series. The last few specifically have been the Defender Pro series. So, when it came time to get a case for my new Galaxy Note20 Ultra, the choice was quite simple! I really love how the case feels in the hand. It is not too bulky, but I know it would still protect my device. I would highly recommend this case, and then Defender Pro series in general.

The OtterBox Defender Pro is a great case for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone. It fits perfectly and really protects against accidental drops. I have been using OtterBox for years and they have been protecting my phones and iPads extremely well.

Amazing protective case! It looks and feels really sturdy, solid, strong. Obviously it would be better not to drop, LOL, but if an accident would happen this case may really protect your phone! There is one story that proves my point. My father left his phone (in the Otter Defender case) on the roof of his SUV, he found his mistake too late when he was already on a highway. The vehicle already was driving over 50-60mph. He and his wife saw that the phone slipped down on the road, the phone was run over by 18-wheeler, then this poor phone did some jumps and slid by the road off highway. They stopped and picked the phone up with no hope. Surprise!!! The phone was undamaged, it was even working!!! So, if you want real quality - buy Otter Defender!

Until life proof offers a full body case for the note this is kind of the mountain for sure. Sturdy, not at all bulky, snug and maximum protection without covering the screen. When its on sale for 35$ theres no other option at all

I drop my phone at least once per day... best decision thus far. It's a little bulky, but it is definitely worth it. I had a different Otterbox previously and it doesn't even compare. Great phone case, I highly recommend it.
