I am pleased with the Otterbox Defender case and feel my phone is safe and secure from my frequent onset of butterfingers. I am pleased with the ease of using the stylus and all the push buttons. The case does not hinder or impede their use in any way. It is a little difficult at time to use my finger to swipe down the notifications menu from the top, but after a few attempts at most, I manage. But protection is what this case is designed to do and protection is what it has offered.

Fits the phone great, was easy to install, and is not bulky as I expected it to be. Very nice looking and well made.

Love these things. They work well for drops. I've used them for many years now. A very good product but a little pricy.

I purchased this to fit my new phone. I have used Otterbox before and it has always saved my phones. I drop my phones a lot.

I never go wrong when I choose Otterbox for all my devices protection. Pros: High quality hard plastic squeleton with an anti slip rubber housing covering back and corners with a perfect fit, the holster serves the same purpose as in the previews cases for all samsung note series. Cons: You must get an screen protector (tempered glass or film) and also you need to get a lenses protector since the lenses are exposed too for scratches and blemishes, other than that is an excellent case.

Tried tested and true. I have had some of the most expensive phones, cases and even the dishonest wipe on glass protectant and every time my newest and greatest phone got broken or scratched within the 1st year. I have gone through the fake warranty's they offer and honestly it is a scam. Otter Box is the only way to go and I can honestly say with the otter box you can save 100's on warranty's because you simply don't need a warranty if you have this case.

Very strong, fits perfectly. Protects the phone as good, if not better, as any other case out there. No complaints.

Great protective case. Love the bump so the camera doesn't sit on a surface and get scratched. A little bulky.

Nice tough exterior with maximum protection for your phone. Otterbox is always my first choice.

Good quality. Protect my Samsung Galaxy Note 20. The buttons are flexible and fits snugly on my phone.

I have had other cases but when I switched to the OtterBox I realized how much of a beating this case will take. There is a drawback with the belt holder but this is an extreme case. The clip can break off of the holder. The case is not affected so the phone is not damaged. To the defense of OtterBox, they never questioned when I called customer service, the person took the information and even mailed me a complete replacement within four days! How's that for customer service!

This is what you need to protect your expensive phone. Not too bulky, but protective where it needs to be.

I love the Defender Series of cases with OtterBox. This case provides great protection to the majority of the phone and has the raised parts in the front to help from the phone dropping on the screen. I would still recommend using something to protect the screen, personally, I use a liquid glass solution that strengthens the screen and does not interfere with the fingerprint sensor. Overall I would recommend this for the phone. Great product.

Awesome case if you have butter fingers like myself, it really does save your phone its incredible rugged. You might want to invest in a nice screen protector but I've had good luck with our one so far especially since my phone spends a majority of the time bouncing across the ground. So if you're worried about your phone breaking id recommend giving this case a try.

I've been a huge fan of OtterBox for the last 12 years. Despite the added and necessary bulk, the cases do protect the phone from impacts in my experience. However, this particular case really grinds my gears. I've had it for about six months now, and I have had a hard time swiping down from the top of the screen to expand notifications because of the upper lip of the case's frame. This didn't bother me when I first bought the case, but it's really starting to urinate me off. Another thing that blows about this gosh-forsaken case is the lack of a built-in screen protector. I get that I can just purchase a separate screen protector, but from past experiences, the lips of a phone case's frame may cause the screen protector to bubble off, and I [clearly] lack the patience to try it in this case. Another problem I have is the weight the case adds to the phone. Yes, I know that it's a defender pro series, so the obesity is expected. But still. I'm suspecting new onset wrist pain might be related to this gosh-darned thing. This case was meant to protect my phone, but it makes me want to run over my phone. Overall, it's not worth the price OR the hype because of the unintelligent swipe down issue and the lack of built-in screen protection. edit: I had to edit this review due to warranted "inappropriate language".

Fits great with no fear if you drop the phone. It also doesn't feel bulky. Highly recommend this product.

Protects very well and the included clip makes it easy to carry. Does add some bulk though

Overall I love it. The wish I have is that the slot opening for the electrical plug in to open in the opposite direction. When I have it on a stand and try to unplug it, the flap gets in the way, and makes me fumble when trying to answer a call quickly. It does not have a screen cover, likely due to the touchscreen specialty glass, so I had to spend the additional $200+ to purchase screen protection in case I crack it. Replacing screens on Galaxy phones is over $300 so while I hated to spend $200, felt I had to because I cannot find a case that provides screen protection.

Nice phone case for my phone and is durable for construction workers

A tight fit keeps all particles out and away from your phone. This model doesn't have a screen cover, so you'll want to get a screen protector of superior quality; also, you'll want to get an excellent quality lens protector for your camera as the cameras on board this one protrudes outward. OtterBox is the overall best phone protector out there.
