This is the 3rd time I have used an Otterbox case for my phones. I love the protection that this case provides. I have never had a broken screen or otherwise damaged phone since I started using the Otterbox Defender. I would definitely recommend this case to others!

This is the 3rd or 4th OtterBox cell phone case I have purchased (all at Best Buy). I rarely drop my phone, but the couple times I have, it has suffered no damage due to the case. I would highly recommend these to anyone buying a new phone for maximum protection.

Great heavy duty case. I like that it also protects the camera area. It is raised around the camera so the camera isn't exposed when you set it down. I tend to drop my phone often and I think this one will help protect it. It also has a good feel to it too.

Good protection but lacks screen protection. Belt clip has never been improved from their first version so prone to breakage and lacks abilty to firmly hold phone. The clip is also known for tearing up things and ripping cloth and leather sseating when phone is absent.

I bought this for my ex of all people bc he has broken every cell phone he has ever touched. Lol. So the fact that this has the layers and protection all the way around the 1200 phone he bought last. He didn't know what was for his own good so I had to help him. He still has a phone intact so it's worth 2x the price I paid.

The best product for your devices. I have used these case's for many years. The quality and durability is fantastic. I had broken the clip on a Note phone holder. Otterbox replaced it with no problem. I use the Defender Series Pro for the best protection.

Absolutely love the Otterbox Defender Cases and this one is another reason to protect my new just released investment. Never bother with knock offs because they are not worth the risk. Have dropped phone a couple times and still in perfect condition.

I usually onlt buy otterbox cases for all my phones. But this one is a little less quality then past cases. Back rubber molding is loose in the back and holster clip broke within 2 months of use. But other than that still protects great.

I have used Otterbox defender cases for years now. While I rarely ever drop my phone there are times when it does fall to the ground. Otterbox has protected my phone and my family's phones for years. Well worth the price for the ultimate in protection.

This case was everything I was looking for. Perfect fit for the Note. Nice and snug fit. Very sturdy. Not to mention the waist clip that comes with it it's also a stand. I always go to Otter boxes when it comes to device protection.

This case functions and protects perfectly. This is my second of these cases. Previous one was for my previous note 9. Multiple drops down stairs and zero damage to my phone. I get the glass protector as well. I dont use the carry case/belt portion

It seems like a tough case but is slim built which was important for such a already large phone. It sticks out slightly farther than the camera bump on this phone which make me think it will have a better chance of survival if dropped on the back.

I have complete confidence in this product. When paying what we pay for phones today, you definitely want to have it protected. This otterbox does the job. I have dropped my phone several times and this case really protects

Bought this for my note 20.I did not get insurance for my phone.Knock on wood,i dropped my ohone several times and phone never cracked.Been using otter box for years and have no regret at all.

I work in an automotive shop and spend a lot of time outdoors. I needed a case that would give me a lot of protection. I'm very happy with how this case has held up to my daily life. I'd buy several others if they came in different colors.

This is my fourth otterbox (for three other models on Samsung Notes). This one, like the rest, is as small as possible while still protecting the phone. I do not ever think about the phone getting damaged with this case.

Good case, strong durable. Not friendly to screen protector, on the edges. The case protects the screen from make contact with the floor when its face down. It's a expensive case but worth it considering the price of the phone.

I've always liked Otterbein, they are a quality brand with a great warranty. Yes the case makes the phone bigger but the protection is second to none. The included belt clip is outstanding. I have zero regrets with this purchase.

I have dropped my phone so many times to know that without a Otterbox I wouldn't be using my phone to type this comment. It is a great product and the company stands by there product with a warranty so it is definitely worth it.

This is my fourth otter box for my fourth phone. I work outdoors and drop my phone more than I should. Since I startred to use the defender series I have never needed a phone repair and my old phones were handed down and reused
