Bought the outter box cases to protect my investment, and I feel safe knowing it's covered all around

We tried an off brand and it did not fit properly. This not only fits properly, it has a hard cover for the front and the back and the one for the front comes off and has a stand that you can then prop the iPad on. This works great for our Service Business, as we hand our iPad to our customers often, and that means the chance of drops are high.

I have 6 kids and needless to say, my iPad gets abused! This case has held up fantastically! Dropped several times with no damage whatsoever!

Yes, it's heavier than other cases. Duh. But it makes the device me-proof, and that's a good thing!

Bought these for the kids iPads. I feel they are now better protected from what an 8, 10 and 12 year old can do to a piece of electronics.

Have only been using this for about a month now but very pleased with the protection is has to offer. It is a bit heavier than other cases I've compared it to but knowing our 3 year old will be using it, it's worth having a heavier case for the durability and added protection. I'm comfortable knowing the iPad is protected as best it can be.

Complete protection without the bulk. Totally love everything about it - except - the manufacturer needs to reverse the charge plug cover, ASAP. Would've given it a 5 star rating if not for the awkward plug cover which, hopefully, will not break off over time.

When I looked at the defender it looked great! Got it home and put it on and it fits like a glove! Also looks good on it! Very pleased.

Nothing compares when it comes to protecting your electronics like Otterbox. That's the only product I trust completely.

Pain in a lower region on of one's anatomy to put together and even harder to get apart. The wife spilled something that got under the cover, I think because the charging plug was open. Taking it back apart stressed my patience a bit. Otherwise a great product.

This is my second OtterBox. The first expired after 27 months. The several complaints I had about the first one, leads me to believe that I might have been given the wrong model. Everything on this new one, all the slot seals and button flaps are positioned perfectly! (Should only use Apple charging cables, btw.)

With the hard cover, this OtterBox really protects the 5 IPads purchased for my employees.....

If not for the sleek and slim feel of the iPad air 2 by itself, this case would have made it feel like a brick. However, it feels safe and definitely "defends" it from accidental spills and drops. The extra hard cover clip on multitasks into a convenient stand.

Protect the product like you would expect but does add a significant amount of weight to the iPad. Comes with a glued on screen protector for scratched only, which it’s just okay.

Very protective, but it makes the buttons a bit tough to push. Overall this seams pretty good though at our number one goal of protecting the iPad for our 8 and 10 year old boys. Not clunky either.
