Love how I can use the case for a stand & then when not in use can be used as additional protection. Very happy with purchasing this product!

I have MS and the coordination in my hands and my balance are not that great so I need the best protection I can get for expensive hand held electronics like an iPhone or an iPad. I have had an Otter Box case for my phone for years, and dropped it many times and it still looks new out of the case. When I got my new iPad Air 2 there was no question I needed an Otter Box to protect it. I wasn't wrong and I haven't been disappointed in how it protects. I highly recommend a case like this if you really want to protect your equipment.

The case is heavy but it keeps my IPad protected from drops (my 2 year old drops it all the time) and I like that the screen is covered.

Easy to use. Worth the investment. If you want light weight this may not be what you want but definitely will protect your investment.

Otterbox is really the only way to go if you really want protection for the device. I have one on my mini as well, and the Otterbox has proved its worth. Only complaint is that at least now there is no other color available except black. I decided against getting an additional glass screen protector, since reviews seem to say you should not have both a glass screen protector and the plastic one that comes integrated into the Otterbox. I would say the Otterbox is essential to have when purchasing this type of device.

This is my second IPad defender. They provide excellent protection for your iPad while minimizing the size of the case. The rubberized outer shell prevents the unit from sliding around. The rubberized outer shell did get a bit loose on my first unit after a couple years wear so we'll see if this does the same. The rubberized cap that goes over the lightning connector also tore off on my first unit. The small flap coupled with regular flexing as one closes and opens the cover to charge the iPad make this small cover particularly susceptible to damage. There is still plenty of protection without the lightning connector cover, but it would be nice if they had a better long term solution.

With twins, our little ones like to throw, drop, and spill. The Otter Box literally allows the IPAD to bounce, and keep the device nice a safe. Additionally, our son spilled his juice on the ipad, and thankfully the Otterbox kept all of the liquid out, and was incredibly easy to take off and clean. Finally, the plastic screen cover is super scratch resistant, and protects the screen, and still offers maximum response from usage on screen. Love this case, and will purchase for all of my tablets

This case is a wonderful, durable case. I am a student in college and we need an iPad in some of my lab courses, and this case has been dropped, stained with bacterial stain, and splattered with multiple substances and my iPad is still in wonderful condition. I truly recommend this case.

This is a great case. It's a little bulky but perfect for defending the tablet. Well worth getting for more protection.

I love my otter box. It does add some weight to the iPad but it feels good and has great protection for the iPad.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom. She loves the OtterBox brand and has had no issues with it. The few times I have used the iPad with the cover on, I have had no issues but I do hate how clunky it makes the tablet feel.

My wife loves this case. Excellent protection and the profile of the case is very slim. The largest downside to this case is the built in screen protector. i recommend punching that out and installing the Zagg screen protector on it instead with this case. Yes, it is expensive but I think it's worth it.

This case is so good. It protects the IPad from damage. Also has way to stand for display of viewing something.

This was purchased for a work iPad. Not as bulky as I expected from otter box and protects the ipad well.

The protection is great. The detachable cover can be used as a means to prop up your iPad. Very good product.

There is no replacement for a good Otterbox Defender case. Fits perfectly. Has a built-in screen protector. Cleans up easily. You can literally drop the IPad onto the floor and not worry about it. They pay themselves off because they keep your IPad looking brand new, which helps resale.
