I broke the screen on my ipad 2, and my iPad mini. I Bought another iPad mini, and someone suggested the Otterbox because they were tired of seeing me waste money on iPads. It's easy to install, and feel like it will keep my ipad protected from falls onto the cement ground. I also love the built in stand, and the built in screen protector. I love it so much, that I bought a second one for my husband's Galaxy Tab 3. I'm getting the other iPad mini fixed, and will buy an otterbox for that one as well! Love how the rubber outer frame protects all four corners. That's how my screen cracked in the first place! It's the best protection on the market to me. Buy it! You won't be sorry.

So far so good. Its a good protective case and I like the fact that the stand snaps to back (while ipad is in use)or front (to protect screen while not in use) of the case. This is in addition to the built in clear screen protector. It hasn't been dropped yet so no review on that but it seems like a very well built solid case. Time will tell if it worthy of 5 stars or not.

Outstanding case with very good protection for the iPad mini. It also is not overly bulky & easy to keep clean. It's a good way to protect the electronic investment in a fairly reasonably priced product. It's available in several colors too. I also have an otter box for my iPhone as well.

We are big fans of otterbox. I have one on my iphone, and I've dropped it a lot and it hasn't broke. The one for the iPad mini seems pretty similar, however it has not been dropped. The stand in the cover works pretty good, however it is a little too reclined to see it lying down. But overall very happy with the purchase. If I had a child playing on the ipad this would be a must have.

Santa picked this up for the iPad mini he brought my son for Christmas. The case was a great choice to protect the iPad. I love how it has a stand that comes with it. Otterbox is an investment, in my eyes, if you expect any longevity from your electronics. The case is Very sturdy! Thanks Santa!

The case provides a level protection that other products don't. It is light weight, and really priests my investment. Perfect for families with little ones at home or the occasional clutz. Fair price to pay for the level of protection on the original investment.

These mini's are small. They need a case. If you plan on taking this outside, get this case. It also has a nice feature to in which the case also acts as a stand.

I love the otter box. It fits the phone perfectly and the belt clip is an added bonus. I don't have to worry about damaging the phone with this protective case.

Bought it for my 10 year old grandson for Christmas - it looks like it will really protect his Ipad Mini. It is light weight and easy to use

Awesome case! It protects my iPad Mini really well and it comes with a cool cover/stand for it that allows you to place your tablet in portrait and lanscsape mode. Highly recommended, another quality product from Otterbox.

The OtterBox cover increases the size (thickness) for more easy gripping: it is sturdy, useful for hands free reading (with included stand), and protective. It adds a little weight and bulk but is really a good way of protecting the iPad from drops spills and chills!

I bought this to protect my 12 yr old daughters brand new i-pad, did i mention that my lovely daughter is a bit of a clutz? This was worth its weight in gold. My daughters x-mas gift is safe in spite of her best attempts to the contrary. It was a little hard to get open but i found a helpful youtube video and ever thing is awesome since.

My previous iPad case was cheap. The plastic that held the device crumbled, and it was never dropped. The OtterBox case impressed me right out of the box. It simply FEELS protective. The only down side is the cover/stand. It is a separate piece that requires two hands to attach/detach. Not a big enough drawback to deserve a lower rating.

Works great for my iPad mini. I thought I would only use the case when it needed extra protection for the iPad mini, but I've gotten used to the extra bulk and weight the case adds. Definitely increases the size of the mini- maybe double or more. But, if you need protection from falls or bumps or minimal rain/mist, the case is great. Didn't look into other cases, so not sure if there are better ones, but this one works great for the price I got when it was on sale. I don't really use the separate back/stand it comes with- that makes it even MORE bulky. Pressing the home button on the cover is definitely not as responsive as with no case since the mini's home button is covered with the case... May have to press a few times every once in while since it seems to be finicky, but it's not enough to make me not use it. Overall seems to be a great case with great fit if you need the protection.
