You can drop the phone, stick it in your pocket, sit on it and not worry too much about it. The rubber keeps its shape and remains looking good. It is a tough case no doubt. Also have one for iPad mini and the iPhone 4&5. Otter box has consistently kept the devices from looking as though they stopped a bullet. I see those screens folks have that are shattered. Never had that happen with an otter box. A little bulky but it's worth it.

My husband recently dropped his phone and it cost him over $100 to get it fixed. I don't know how many times I've dropped my phone. Thank God for the Otterbox. It is so worth the money.

Cannot even say how many of these we’ve purchased for different devices over the years. Classic Otterbox id a strong protective case like no other. Highly recommended.

Although this is not a waterproof phone case like Life Proof, it still provides great protection for minor spills. Very durable, but not slim if that's what you're looking for. This is a bulky phone case. Only complaint is that the built in screen protector is not as sensitive as my Life Proof Fre was. Just didn't want another Life Proof because they are too expensive and the case fell apart after a yr.

The case is the best you can buy. The belt clip lasted 2 years before a piece broke off and it wouldn't hold the phone. This is the second case I have had for different phones and I will buy another one when I get a new phone.

It’s a good quality case that will last a long time. It’s very sturdy. You can change the outer part of the case to different colors to customize it how you want it.

I like the otter box cases they do a good job of protecting my phone. I have had other brands like life proof and never was really happy with them. The otter box dose add unwanted size but its still comfortable to hold and its nice to have a free belt clip. I have dropped it a few times and the other day it got thrown at me and hit the wall and it was like nothing happened to it thanks to my otter box. I plan on buying these cases for all my future phones.

They say you only get what you pay for. Such is the case with the Otterbox. While not cheap it does an excellent job of protecting it's contents. I shall continue to be a repeat customer.

This sturdy and stylish case comes with a built in screen protector. My daughter’s phone screen was detaching and the tight fitted case has kept it from separating!

I always purchase Ottor Box Defender cases for all phones and iPads because they can be dropped or thrown and do not break! Especially great when you have kids who use your technology!

These otter box phone covers are the best. They may be some what big but sturdy and my phone aways works and looks brand new have had this phone 2 years and looks like I just got it.

OtterBox cases are the best. The Defender series does a great job protecting my cell phones (both iphone & Note) aren't too big and have had no problems after many a dropped phone.

I highly recommend the Otterbox Defender series for all iPhones. I have them for myself, my wife and children and whenever someone accidentally drops a phone, it is never damaged!

The only downside about this particular unit is that the rubber covering near the mike does not stay in place. Also it is not waterproof. However, under $25 it's a good deal.

I bought this on sale for my wife's iPhone 5. It's what you'd expect from the OtterBox Defender. The phone is completely enclosed, including a plastic screen protector over the front. My wife drops her phone often, even on tile floors and the case has protected it well so far!

I have dropped my cell phone multiple times and its still good thanks to this case, it breaths so no over heating and the speaker vents are not blocked so you can hear or be heard

The Otter Box is a solid,rugged holer for your I Phone.. Clips securely to belt or wherever. Case for phone will easily protect from drops onto floors or parking lots. I know !
