    I had this item before. I had dropped my phone in this case and the bottom piece that fits into the corner of the i phone broke off. It would be a better product if they guarantee a free one if the product breaks.There are not many other good thick style protection cases to choose from so I choose this one.

    This otter box has great grip, offers terrific protection (I've dropped it several times without any damage to the phone). It doesn't block the use of the phone or alter the sound, like my old lifeproof case.
