My first otter box was on my first smart phone and I dropped it fourtie feet and it landed on the screen on concrete an it bounced up three feet and back on to screen I assumed it was a goner so I kept working an hour later when I got down I not only had a perfectly intact phone but it didn't damage the otter box.

The outerbox is great for protecting my iPhone, but the belt clip portion breaks very easily. Mine broke after one week and Best Buy kindly replaced it for me.

I like it because it essay to use and it protect my phone

I force my entire family to place Otterboxes on all of their devices, and we have yet to have a cracked screen on any of them. We have two Ipads and four cell phones with these on them. Also had them on two ipod touches before...and they are fantastic. Wouldn't own a phone or pad without it.

Great protection for iPhone case fits perfect very sturdy

I've had a few Otterbox Defender cases for other phones, and they held up well so I bought another one for an iPhone SE. I've had the case for a few months, and it's holding up about the same -- which is a good thing. The case is slimmer and lighter than previous models I've had, but it's obviously bigger than some of the non-protective cases. After I've dropped the phone a few times, having a slightly bigger case is certainly no big deal.

My son dropped and broke his phone, and I really was not prepared to get him a new phone so early, so I put this case on it for extra peace of mind. It's pretty sturdy and I know from using the same case on a few previous phones that it will provide the protection I wish he had when he dropped it.

Product was easy to install. It protects my phone really well which was the reason I purchased . Would recommend for sure

Attractive, easy to access all areas of phone with great protection at the same time. Do not need those peel and stick screen covers, this has a clear cover that goes over your screen.

I bought this because I can be rough on phones. Protects very well and it’s not too bulky.

My father-in-law broke his original equipment iPhone 5 case and needed a new one. The staff at our Best Buy was very helpful in finding one that would work with his model and took the time to explain it to him. And of course it does not get much better than the OtterBox. Now he has total iPhone protection.

an otter box is a must have for a new iPhone. case makes phone a little bit heavier but it's worth the investment. I have dropped my iPhone various times and phone does not suffer any damage. I highly recommend you get an otter box specially if you work in construction, theater, or any job that you might drop your phone easily.

I upgraded my from the iPhone 4 which I had used for quite some time. When I bought the 5 I waited a few months and after there first accident I hurried to buy an Otter Box. My husband had raved about them. I have had quite a few more accidents since buying the Otter box but thankfully none of them have caused any damage.

This is my third otter box I had one for me iPhone four and decided to get a blue one after my pink one. Love the colors.

This is a strong and sturdy case..haven't dropped it yet but feels strong..wish there were more color choices..

I bought this case to replace one I had on my phone for 4 years or more. It protected my phone from everything. When I took it out of the case and wiped it off, my phone looked like new. I expect this case will perform just as well. I have used otter box cases for a long time.

I was riding my motorcycle at 50 mph when a car pulled in front of me. I immediately went from 50mph to 0❗️My Iphone flew off my fuel tank bouncing down the road in traffic . . . There was absolutely no damage to my phone. The case was intact also. Otterbox is the only protection I buy for my electronics -

Although a little on the expensive side, the Otterbox Defender case is a worthwhile accessory for an iPhone. It provides superior protection against accidental drops in the 3-5 foot height range on hardwood floors within a house. I have no experience with drops on concrete.
