I always purchased Otterbox Defender cases for my iPhones and iPad (we have more than one of each at our house.) We have never broken a device that is protected inside one of these cases. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Have purchased many of these and this one is no exception. Works great.

This cellphone case does not slip into and out of a pocket easily, but it does provide an all-around cover that appears to offer good protection from damage. The screen protector transmits finger touches well, and allows fingerprint recognition to function normally. The case is not 100% waterproof, but most openings are covered.

Otter box cannot be compared to any other protect available. The defender is the best on the market. perfect protection for all of the phones we have in the house. no matter how many times you drop the phone the box does its job.

Gives complete protection to my iPhone and good grip as well.

I work outdoors in all sorts of weather and this otterbox is THE best for dust, cold, dropping and inclement weather. I bought this box for my son for his birthday since I love mine so much, I knew he'd love this one.

These are the best cases for the iPhone. I've owned 6 Otterbox cases, as well as other brands -there is no comparison. These are durable, stylish, and effective. Defenders are a little bulkier than others, but the best if you need some drop protection.

I would have given this 4 stars but the belt clip part broke. I also do not like the feel of the screensaver as It always feels like the screen is dirty to me. Best Buy did replace the case since it was within 1 year of purchase. As far as protection the actual case cushions well.

I have had other cases for my iPhones in the past, this is by far the best and the product works as advertised. I have dropped my phone a few times and would have undoubtedly broken with other products. I'd highly recommend Otter Box!

Best way to protect your IPhone hands down! My husband and son have had the OtterBox with every version of IPhone they have purchased and it's the only cover that completely protects their phone from being dropped or having something spilled on it.

Over all this is a great case at an ok price. It does a great job protecting the phone from drops and scratches. The only downfall was the slightly high price, and the hole for the finger print reader. Sometimes it makes it hard to get a good reading.

My wife got this case for my birthday gift. I like it because it is made of much more durable material. What I don't care...does not completely seal the phone unlike life proof cases. However, I can access my headphone jack without a special adapter.

The case is nice.Screen hasn't cracked yet! Hopefully My Iphone wont break seeing how i broke 3 phones this year..1 samsung and 2 alcatel.I broke the samsung with a cheap case on it.It bent in my pocket.

Great protection but don't like the cut out for the finger print , it gets dirt under the clear screen!

Been using Otterbox defender for years with great succcess and prottection. Got the new iPhone SE and this case for it. Like the others it is great. And this one is slimmer and more compact and feels grat in your hand.

Difficult to figure out how to open, but my daughter finally figured out how to do it (no instructions on opening it). Not sure how useful the belt clip is. It looks like it will do a good job of keeping my daughter from breaking her THIRD iPhone... hopefully she will keep it in the case this time.
