Great Cases

I've had one for my HTC EVO, HTC One (M7) and now my new HTC One (M9). They are durable, rugged and protect the phones extremely well. I had one small issue with the belt clip portion on my HTC One (M7) and OtterBox took care of it, so they stand behind product!

I'm pretty clumsy and have dropped my phone numerous times and it has never failed. Otterbox stands behind their products and will replace it if it becomes damaged. (This includes the belt clip)

Sorry that the Defender is a bit of hassle to install and remove for you. Part of that is making sure that your phone is safe and secure.
