I really love the protection offered by my otter box, only thing is everyone comments on how huge my phone is!

Believe the reviews that say the built in screen protector is not flish with the phone screen. As a result, a lot of lint gets between the case screen protector and the phone. Not only does it look bad, it makes typing difficult, and requires hard presses to get the phone to respond. Do not get this case.

I decided to return this product since it was expensive, and I found another alternative. I returned the Otterbox with my receipt and intact in the original box. Best Buy wouldn't give me refund,nor a credit. The item, supposingly, was not being stocked anymore. That left me out $50. It's not over yet. I will pursue higher management.

The cell phone case fit the phone; however, made using the touch screen virtually impossible. I put the case back into the original packaging and brought it and the receipt to the store where I purchased it, only to be told it could not be returned. The customer service person was quite snippy about the return. I was and am completely dissatisfied.

this $50.00 case causes a constant echo. I literally had to turn my phone down just so they could speak clearly!!! Waste of money

This case did not fit my AT&T LGG2. Best Buy returned though and I purchased the commuter series, which works like a charm.

This cover is great the only thing needed changed on this would be the plastic cover that protects the phone.

I have been using OtterBoxes for around 7 years now and this is by far my worst experience. On m all of my previous phones fit of the OtterBox was very tight. On the G2 box it leaves an air gap between the screen protector and the screen that is 1/8 inch on tighter fitting boxes and 3/16 inch on bad ones. My company has 3 G2's and all of them had OtterBoxes purchased with them. None of them fit. BestBuy was good enough to exchange one for me but the replacement was not much better. I went then directly to OtterBox and they sent me a replacement but it was worse than the first 2. Between myself and my coworkers we have now had 6 of these cases and none of them fit the way an OtterBox normally fits. There are other options but it appears that BestBuy does not sell any other heavy duty cases besides the OtterBox. If you text much at all or even use the touch screen much the case is not the case for you. Having to double and triple press buttons because the screen does not register your touch due to a bad fitting $50 case gets really annoying really fast. The bottom line is that you should not buy this unless you absolutely must have a rugged case AND have no other option. If you don't need a rugged case then you might consider the Quick Window case sold at BestBuy. It does not have the screen fit issue.
