Don't know why others are concerned about not including the plastic screen protector. Never had a use for them. This case fits my Note8 perfectly. Looks good, nice feel in the hand although I wish the outer shell was made from silicone for better grip. I use the holster clip every day and have never had an issue with the phone falling out. Great product overall.

I have used otter box on my last 5 phones & also my sons phones although I don't like the price I do like the protection I have no real complaints & also like the fact that it has a belt clip on a previous phone I broke the clip itself contacted otter box no questions asked sent me a new one so in a sense for protection & customer service it's a great product.

I've always used otter box for my phones in the past and I purchased one with this phone. This particular model did not come with a screen protector which in my opinion is a must but whatever, also I use the beltclip while I'm at work and the beltclip would not hold the phone in properly. The phone actually fell out of the clip with very little effort. It's a good case just not for me.

Loves how it keeps my phone safe when I drop it. Very well fit too.

It's just too big. I really like Otterbox. I've had many of their products before and I've never been let down. But it's just too thick. I like the one below this one but the outside is too slick. The defender is very solid and has some great grip to it. The cutouts at the bottom I wonder if they are really necessary. The bottom portion does not lay flat like the rest of the device. If you want a case that helps you hold onto the Note 8 then this is the one.

Needs a stand, but otherwise great case overall. Not as bulky as before, offers a safe way to carry the phone.

Let me be real clear here.....there is absolutely no product made more suitable for your mobile phone. I just recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and my next purchase moments after that was the Otterbox defender series case to protect it. I have purchased this case for the last 3 mobile phones I have owned.....so I highly recommend it.

Good case protects well would have liked it to have the extra screen protector but still over all good case.

These cases are made really well as the manufacturers reputable. The only thing I don't care for is is the front has no cover the glass is simply open to the elements. I wish that Samsung or the makers of this case would figure out a way to protect the glass without having to spend so much by having to buy a separate piece of glass to protect the phone. I would recommend this case but be warned you will need to buy glass to protect the phone better

I buy a new Otter box with every phone. I'm clumsy, and drop my phone all of the time. I never worry with otter box. Never cracked a screen, edge, or busted a phone. Great customer service, and fast delivery to replace any part of the defender case, even after two years of natural wear and tear. Stopped buying extra coverage plans too!

really tough case but a bit bulky and quite pricey, maybe include the screen protector for this price

I always look to Otter Box for protecting my new cell phones. As usual they delivered another great product. This case is sturdy and fits perfectly in the belt holder that comes with it. Does not fall out no matter how I move. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to protect their investment from falls, cracks, and scrapes.

Have been using the Defender sires for a long time. Nothing ever happened to my phones and I treat them rough including dropping them. The case is bulky so they are a tight fit and hard to push into your pants pocket. (a small trade-off for the protection.) Wish they came equipped with a screen cover as in the past.
