Great protection for the S9! Otter boxes are worth the cost as you get what you pay for. And if it ever breaks (you'd really have to try!), you only pay shipping to replace it for life. Awesome deal in that context.

Purchased for my 72 year old dad who tends to drop phones. These cases have saved $$$ over the 6 years he has been on our plan. It's not as sleek as some others but provides the best protection for your investment.

I really like the feel and look of this case, and it seems as though it's going to be able to take just about any fall. I'm slightly worried about a fall flat on the screen because of the curved edges, but because the case is raised slightly higher than the screen on the top and bottom, I think it might do just fine.

These phone cases are the perfect answer if you want to protect your expensive phone. Have a Samsung s5 that is 4 years old, been in the defender from day one, looks like new, absolutely no phone damage of any kind

This case matches my phone perfect! I love the feel of the case, and its super safe! I trust the otterbox brand for years, and I was pleased to see they had one for my somewhat newer phone(new to me) still!

I would buy OtterBox over and over again. I was pulling a 1000 pound luggage cart filled with luggage when I dropped my phone and tan over it with the cart, there was not a scratch on my phone.

I work out of my delivery van .my phone is in and out of my holster and some time is on the dashboard.never had any problems with the last 4 I've owned

Great protection for my teenage son's phone. He had a previous model that had the hard shell on the outside, so wish this model was assembled the same way. He has a tendency to pick at the rubberized texture.

My wife has told me a few times that her OtterBox - Defender Series Case for her Samsung Galaxy S9 is really durable and she loves the Purple Nebula color. She's dropped it several times with no damage.

The Otter Box protected my last phone when it was dropped from about 5 feet onto a concrete floor and I feel that it will protect my new phone if it gets dropped in the same way. Color is also great.

I have been using Otter Box covers for years. This one is a little different from the ones for my S5. Takes a little more effort to remove and replace on to clip. Dropped my phone, and it didn't get damaged.

The defender is a great choice for protecting your Phone. The newer version of defender doesn't come with the glass shield do to the curved edges on the phone. So far that has not been a problem.

Great, sturdy case. However it is clunky and the bottom piece that protects the charging port is close to impossible to open. The s9 screen also jets out past the case, so I am not sure how safe it would be if dropped on its face.

My son is very hard on his phones but because he always gets an OtterBox case, he has never damaged his phone. They might not be the best looking phone cases but they definitely get the job done!

Couldnt leave the store without this! Happened to get it on a great sale also. It's been a month and my phone has survived several droppings by my 6 year old. Also lightweight but very durable.

Exchanged clear case for the Otter brand. Love the color. Very comfortable to hold and phone more responsive than with clear case. Would highly recommend this product. Worth the few extra dollars.

We've used Otterbox on our phones for many years. It's a great insurance policy against accidental drops, spills and breakage. Also purchased AlphaGlass for additional protection.

I absolutely love my otterbox. I've tried other phone cases and they just dont come close to the level of protection I get from otterbox. It looks good, feels great and secured.
