They separate over time and become worse. I think there is a defect in this model case.

Especially from drops. Never had a phone that I could get an Ottebox for until now. When I upgraded to the LG G4 otterbox was the first thought for a case. It fits the phone great and protects it from drops. Which has happened to me. I work in construction and need a rugged case. No worries hear.

The phone fits tight, much tighter than the LG G3 fit into the defender case. It resulted in being afraid i was going to break something getting the case to snap close. The result, however is the built in screen protector is tight against the phone's screen and keeps dust particles from getting into the case like happened easily with the LG G3 version. Definitely worth the buy!
